I will be using this channel to demonstrate various game modifications (mostly sound mods) for GTA: San Andreas and a few other games.

GTA SA: GTA V-like ENB/time cycle mod [2014]
I made a few updates to my previous GTA SA ENB/timecyc to better represent the sky colors and lighting from games like GTA V, DayZ, and Arma 3. This included removing the orange tint from previous ENBs, increasing the draw distance (a script now allows for increased draw distance without flickering), and updating the ambient lighting and sky colors at night to look normal instead of violet/blue-shifted. It is still however meant to be a simple ENB without effects such as DOF, vignetting, and bloom.
I also configured the enbseries.ini for mid-range to high-end PCs, and it now has a modest amount of reflective bumpmapping. However, I also included extra settings for lower-end PCs; all you need to do is install the main mod first, then add new files for enbseries.ini, d3d9.dll, and timecyc.dat. This version does not include reflective bumpmapping and has lower draw distances for clear weather.

Since there is a high degree of overlapping whenever guns are fired in GTA IV, the full auto weapons may sound bugged, but that's just the way the game engine handles audio. I haven't yet found a script that fixes this problem.

I built a new PC that can run this game at a playable 50-60fps so now I'll be creating some mods for it. In this video, I am testing the sounds from my CS:S Sounds V3. One of the bugs I've noticed is that gun sounds become quieter after a weapon has recently been fired at full auto. I am not sure if there is a fix for this yet but I will look into it.

Update: Sorry for not uploading anything recently, I had finals for all of my classes this week. Next week, I will be building a new PC to replace my integrated graphics laptop for gaming, so you can all expect some new mods for more demanding games soon (GTA IV, Arma 2/3, CS:GO, SR3, hopefully GTA V on PC). I re-worked the sounds from the previous version to include more reverberation. Some of these will be converted to use with GTA SA. I forgot to include the scout and AWP sounds in this video, but they're similar to the rest of the rifles, except with slightly more reverb. Mod Loader allows for the installation of mods without changing any of the original files. Here's a short preview of two sounds I may end up using for the release of the Sound Overhaul mod. I'm considering making a separate AK sound too, but that would mean the MP5 sound would need to start share the same sound as pistols to free up an extra slot. The audio quality in this video has been reduced by FRAPS, so they'll sound better in gameplay.

agreed , I dont have GTA V yet but all the sound mods Ive seen are to quiet and soft. or too bassy. This along with his own for GTA SA have that "popcrack" sound with vairing Echos pending on the left center or right. 1st person mod makes the sounds even more real. amazing sound design. i dont think this guy is active anywhere anymore. Im downloading this in case mediafire goes down one day before I get GTA 4.
