It's possible that glitch will always be an inevitable result of using longer-than-normal duration, even if other sounds are cut. It seems to be more common in SAMP too; in singleplayer the car bug is only triggered after 30 minutes-1 hour of gameplay if it even occurs at all. I can release additional cut versions for v8.0, but it won't sound the same at all because it would be limited to 0.2s at 22050Hz sounds for the initial shot (7.3 uses 0.4-0.5s at 32000hz).
I use combinations of 5-10 sounds to make these, sometimes building upon the previous version. I think FPS's video may have been used in the process along with various other HD videos and sound effects/game sounds. The minigun sound can't be improved much because it's essentially hardcoded as a 0.2-0.3 second loop and can't have reverberation, so it's always going to sound out of place no matter what sound is used.
The M82 shown in the video shoots the same caliber as the M107 (.50 BMG) and is essentially the same weapon, just an older model. The next version of my gun sound mod will have an improved sound though.

gamess! you dont use any programs, you just copy the weapon.dat and default.ide into your C:\program files ockstar games\GTA San Andreas\data folder and thats it
hey can anyone make a mod like in gta 4 when theirs a bullet comed out from your gun,the bullet drops on the ground and makes sounds like dropping bullets.because it will sound so muvh better with those gun sounds

Both are included in New HQ Icons v4.0 for GTA IV, and I slightly modified them for white icons instead of gray.
Yes, the next major project will be converting bug-free sounds from Battlefield 3 and a few other games.

It's the same; the one I use has the same size files. It's possible that it looks brighter in the video due to the ENB/effect settings.
Search for GTA IV New HQ Icons. Those can be converted for use on San Andreas.

I think every GENRL up to 6.2 used a siren sound downloaded from another website. I put together my own sound for this version though.
