GTA SA: New braking/tire screech sound+Fixed horn bug

I'll be using the one from GTA IV for the first release. This sound was more of a temporary fix for what was causing the horn bug.

Those are the bested sound I ever hear for a game like this!
Say just like the Spring mod with the bird sound effect could it be replace with gunfire Echo/Clap & Sounds of chopper/jets/cannon that would be great for an War server
