How are the hands on this kit? That was my biggest disappointment with the 1.0. Feel like I can't touch it without spending 30 minutes trying to get the hand around the weapon again.

I'd be interested to see some of these techniques in action, you say a lot of it is very basic but you're using a lot of stuff in conjunction that I have no experience with- runner washes, using watercolour pencils for weathering, stuff like that

everyone needs this new RG kit. probably one of those kits that you need to build for the appreciation of the engineering. got mine a few weeks back, and started building it the next day lol. it's a lovely piece that should set a new standard for RG kits.

As a massive eva fan, yeah its completely fair not to care about it much lol ,but man i love all the designs, even the people I've seen who dont like the kits too well do tend to say they like the way it's more unique of a build and a nice switch up from other kits

RG Nu, and RG Sazabi are great as well. You don’t need to worry about pieces falling off of those from my own experience. The Nu was a bit more enjoyable than the Sazabi due to the tiny funnels though.

Jang I've been a fan for about ten years across a few different yt accounts and just wanted to say its awesome that you're doing mecha videos. I've got quite a collection now and am getting back into it more now that i have my first job after high school. please keep it up king!!!! PS do the Gundam thunderbolt ver Ka kits they're awesome! (And the RG Eva kits)

What you did in that short time is miles better than what i could do with a week of free time. It looks good.

Good looking build! It’s a fun idea to set that kind of time limit as a creative exercise. That head cam is really eye catching.

Hey it's Shockwave! /j Personally I like that you decided to forgo the secondary modes for this mech, as I kind of found the the seating area a bit distracting. Also that silver behind the green really makes the eye glow.

Aw heck yeah, but also oh no cause 30MM is just another rabbit hole. But luckily they're relatively cheap and high quality

We were in the same boat in almost every way. In fact, I avoided RG and many 1/144 for a few years the 1.0 left such a bad taste in my mouth. This kit was an absolute treat and prompted me to grab 3 of the most recent RGs with ‘mg inspired’ inner frames. I just finished a Zeong, and I’m excited to see how sazabi and Nu stack up to this latest rx78 2.0. Very excited for RG shining gundam and I hope this means we get an RG Zaku 2.0.
