Resistor | Resistor Working animation | Types of Resistors
Resistors are passive electrical components that control and limit electric current by opposing its flow. This video explains the concept of resistance, its causes at the atomic level, and factors like temperature and impurities that affect it. It covers the measurement of resistance in ohms, introduces conductors and insulators, and discusses the role of resistors in both DC and AC circuits. The script also explains how resistors function in series circuits, contributing to voltage drops and current control, and outlines various types of resistors such as Fixed, Variable, Carbon Film, and Metal Film resistors.

In the diagram it shows electricity flowing from the positive end of the battery. However electrons move through a circuit creating the current and they leave the negative end of the battery.

Although I enjoyed your video, you show electrons moving from the positive side of the battery, through the light bulb, then to the negative side. This is not correct. Electrons move from the negative side of the battery to the positive.

Liiks nice but misleading: the image comparing a BJT and a MOSFET suggests that the first is small and the second is big, which is wrong; you show a small power and a big power transistor (which can be BJT or MOSFET). And nobody ever puts a battery on the base like that; that's confusing.
