Do you need to program tires sensor?
I do not think this one had tire sensors. If it does, you can take it on the road for a few miles, and it will calibrate automatically.

One doubt... is it normal in ecoboost 1.0 that amount of oil exhalation? It looks like many parts of the engine have oil moisture.
No, it is not normal. Look around for an oil leak.

The chain is more reliable and does not fail as a wet belt.

I have a box with many different sizes and do not remember which one I used. I need a vin to find the correct one for your car as there are some variations.

Another waste of time
Hello, I have a big problem with a 1.0, I do the procedure of putting the engine in time, I have all the special tools, I put a new screw and a new friction washer, I tighten the torque meter and then the 90* x5, the car turns on and looks very good, but after a few hours, the car does not turn on and gives me the crankshaft position code, I already have the time 3 times and it continues to happen to me
I’m considering giving it 2 more turns than 90*, but the truth is I’m afraid of being able to break the screw, this is simply breaking my head, for the few hours it works, hell it does it very very well, that time simply runs out and doesn’t let me turn it on again
Have you checked the correlation between the crankshaft to the v-belt pulley? Both pin in correctly?
@ Yes sir, I have followed the steps exactly as you do them, I have watched your video 1000 times to make sure I have done everything exactly the same, but this keeps happening
The torque multiplier cost me $180, I don’t think it’s something cheap of poor quality that is giving me a bad tightening ratio
The third time I did it, I made sure to remove any traces of oil between the pulleys to put the new friction washer
i just did mine exactly the same but it starts up few a few seconds then gets really lumpy and cuts out.
Recheck the timing again, and make sure the v-belt pulley is in the right position, as there is a magnetic ring for the CKP sensor.

Hello, I noticed this turbo has a vacuum BPV (diverter valve). Do you by any chance has a part number? I think mine is leaking but I can’t find replacement part. Some newer ones have electric BPV, but I need vacuum controlled

Yes, you need to use a friction washer to stop the belt pulley from slipping.

The bushes can easy be replaced with out taking the arms off the car just lower the back of the arm down save yourself loads of work

@the-senior-tech yeah it's not there for some reason. I know the escapes, focus's have them for BCM configurations. I thought the fiesta's did too but this one doesn't so I figured you went somewhere else. It's odd for me anyways. This is the first time s customers came in with a cruise control add on. I'm just going to tell him he needs to forscan enable.

What tool did you use to remove the crankshaft pulley bolt? Breaker bar, impact gun, or something else?
Locked flywheel and a good strong breaker bar.
replace belt change to chain and new redesigned sprocket job done

Hallo meister, hab den selben motor 1,6 hdi 2015 grand picasso, es ist alles neu, zylinderkopfdichtung, agr kühler, kopf wurde abgedrückt geplant, der motor läuft sauber aber baut druck auf im kühlsystem, es sind abgase im kühlwasser. So jetzt weiss ich nicht wo der fehler ist Was meinen Sie ? Viel.geld investiert und alles umsonst hmm scheisse
There is a problem with the cracking block. You need to check the cylinder bores for a small crack close to the top of the cylinder. All the best

Yes, replacing the front crankshaft seal is necessary. You can use a similar size socket.

Bullshit stories here. The belt does not fail. Unless stupid people using incorrect oil for these cars. Synthetic oil does not damaged to this extend. Unless cars are not serviced on time then this results
