a brief thematic overview on bleach
a remake of my thematic analysis i uploaded sometime ago. it was the first part of the 3 part bleach series where i would talk about the themes, ichigo and rukia, then aizen. naturally i did all 3 videos but this one got taken down bc youtube nonsense.
this video has better everything tbh and argues more definitively what bleach attempts to say. moreover, my next BLEACH related video will be an analysis of every poem. it takes so much fucking time but itll be out sooner than later.
00:00 what is bleach?

13 plot holes in attack on titan

wanted to stop making aot videos and talking about it after the critical diatribe but its honestly so fun talking about aot. this video was written a month ago and i really just wasnt too motivated to finish it until i saw people gas the series on twitter lol. this video is also like 10% a joke bc not literally everything i say is a "plot hole" just a really bad moment. think of izanami from na...

small overview of the espada and their thematic function in the story. you can critique their fights (believe me, harribel and barragan are terrible) but they all mean something to the larger framework of the story. i also dont believe any of these are stretches but they are my interpretations so you can disagree with how i view aaroniero's connection to aizen for example. i just touch upon the...

this video is video formatted analysis of a goated pre written analysis. this discusses historia and eren and why her child needed to be eren's for the plot to make sense. now i personally hate aot. i think people who say its a 10/10 genuinely have low standards or dont have any respect for literature. something with plot holes, character contradictions, shoehorned ideas, and dropped plot point...

Pretty much an analysis of Kenpachi v Unohana. Definitely my favorite fight in anime icl. My first real video essay type of thing, I know its not the best but I put a lot of time into making it something worth your time. lmk what should do better/ your thoughts th-cam.com/video/gtw18QJvyJU/w-d-xo.html amv used for b roll. really good stuff title definitely not true but its not completely wrong ...
Whats the ending song?
As someone with a cat pfp, I think you did a great job. Great analysis. AoT glazers are the worst. 😂
thank you i am now enlightened
A very well made video, deserves way more attention.
This is a really good point of view, and amazing analysis you deserve much more subscribers than what you have, you opened my eyes to themes I didn’t even realize in bleach Now I feel like I’m a trash writer😂
its lowkey crazy that kubo somehow managed to connect the themes and character structures of every single major character, genuinely some of the best writing ive seen in a while
love the analysis btw keep going i love this content
characters that have almost nothing to do with one another like renji and nnoitora are written to have almost the same arc over and over. constantly trying to obtain the moon only to be powerless. its insane writing
@13:57 they never knew about kamutoke so him having was a surprise, also it having its own technique was even more of a surprise. I agree with you still🎉
I think JJK was gassed up as a masterpiece when GeGe was making a story on a week by week basis and thus led to a very barebones story. Theres a percieved depth to everyone, but no actual depth.
u like tokyo ghoul?
The falling devil arc was my favourite arc wtf
Whats the song in between transitions?
Thank you for this video
Attack on linework why was every manga page a crime against humanity the art was terrible.

I agree with you, Gege. In jjk, it shows that he is not that good at world building. There is so much that he introduces but shows nothing off. However Yuji making the binding vow I think is in character Yuji is a selfless foolish guy at the start of the series He jumps at the chance to save his freinds even though they were fighting something to him that is like a fictional monster he absolutely is devastated at the sight of Junpei which he literally asked sukuna pretty much the monster himself to save him he doesn't care as long as he has a chance of saving someone
Yuji during the series becomes more competent and less foolish
ive learned to respect this side of the argument, i just hard disagree because theres no reasonable person that would actively acknowledge a killer is in the house but still unlock the doors like what yuji did. thanks for the comment, i agree with your other takes abt world building and his development
Gege is jjk biggest op
Peak analysis, I like the attention to detail with the symbolism of food, movies, as well cats and dogs, very nuanced.
Watching this video. I entirely agree. And looking at the comments, I am honestly not surprised. It is what is expected. You make a point. You show evidence. And then they just ignore your point entirely, and make their own headcanons and narrative that suits them.
Also, I dont really blame your behavior that much, i did see your back and forth with some of the comments below. Yeah, they're annoying to argue with. And I'm saying this as someone who has been arguing with these people for a very long time. To the point, you just dont feel like arguing with them, and just thinking that they're mindless sheep. Cause they act all the same. Tho, I dont really want to side with AoT haters, even though I do understand them, some of the points they make, just make them seem no better than the defenders. Its a whole ah war going on lmao. It is rather ironic though, that I want to move on from Attack on Titan, but no matter how much videos of other things i try to watch, do other activities, etc. I just keep have something that brings me back, to AoT, and having myself argue with Ending Defenders.
I think Gege just rush through the whole manga. It feels like he lost interest after the first 10 chapters or so. I have read Bleach twice and the reason it’s so good even if it’s so extend. It’s everything about the characters make sense and there is their evolution showed clearly through the most than 360 chapters. Other manga that had the potential to be really good but is a disaster in Noragami. Same situation, the author lost interest at some point over the story and rushed the end in 2 chapters. Now, I think a lot of JJK fans are into the story just for Satoru Gojo, and nothing else. You can see it when people create a romance that doesn’t exist between him and Suguru Geto. Like JJK is just Gojo. Thanks for your analysis, it’s one of the best I had heard. I love when I can find someone who see things I couldn’t and who thinks so different about from most of the people. ❤
You know aot is my favorite show but you have good points also funny as hell
Holy sh, this bluw my mind ngl I feel like if Eren and Historea had a kid it would loki make the show better but at the same time it's like wtf was the point of Mikasa. Idk if I got these names right spare me
so many people are claiming im misunderstanding things. first off, if you interpret a scene differently, THAT IS NOT ME MISUNDERSTANDING?????? if u interpret neon genesis different from me, that doesnt mean i misunderstood the damn series. im also not going to take comments seriously if u ignore sections of the story in order to try to prove me wrong. like if you ignore grandpa ackerman saying theyre not affected by the power of the titans to say “they can still be transferred into paths” im not gonna take that nonsense seriously because the power of the titans forcibly brings her into paths in the first place. TLDR. unless u can verifiably prove me wrong, do not make a comment saying that i am wrong
Levi was also caught in the pathes along with mikasa. What does that say about the ackermans? Clearly if the author did it several times for 2 different characters, it can't be a mistake. The paths and the founder's power are not completely connected. The founder can speak through the pathes, but the pathes do not exist because the founder says so. It exists only because the founder also exists. That doesn't mean it is completely and totally controlled by the founder. My point, is that the ackermans are not affected by the founders power, but since they are eldians, they still can be called to the pathes
the beats titan's spinal fluid probably influenced falco's transformation. He was also trained by marley to be a warrior so it isn't as outlandish as you make it seem.
the point is that its very convenient that Falco just gets a flying-type of titan. And is able to use his titan transformation for a rather long time. And on that very same topic, how other characters have an infinite about of stamina and blades.
Annie said herself that on Marley they made many experiments giving her to drink many different things to give her new abilities (such as the hardening and the ability to call pure titans), we even saw eren obtains his hardening skill by drinking some liquid kept by the reiss family. So what's so strange that falco gets some beastly ability by drinking Zeke's spinal fluid? Moreover it's shown that the beast titan gets his shape by some animal that has some meaning to them, Zeke has a monkey toy, Xavier's son had a goat toy. We see in the first scene where falco is introduced looking at a bird wishing he could fly away from the war. So it makes completely sense
no. in chapter 93 the military commanders of marley all agree that they dont have any titans with wings. in the video, i ask why does marley not know that there WAS a titan with wings. this is straight up impossible. to think that the eldian empire who largely fought marely had a titan with wings and that marley let this information be lost to time is BEYOND a stretch of the imagination. nobody besides falco has been able to see deep far memories about past titans as well. making it even more of a contrived point. if falco was always intended to be a bird titan. isayama shouldve integrated it a lot more naturally without causing world building issues
erens motivations were consistent from start to finish. The only time it changed was after the discovery of marley. He first wanted to slaughter all titans, then he just wanted to avenge his people and save his friends. And that is just what he did.
eren in his own head and secret conversations said he waa going to 100% rumble. he also wanted to protect the island. how are these consistent if he didnt do that
@@dekuopioids The 100% declaration could've been a small mistake, but he def did protect the island. That was the purpose of the rumbling in it of itself
@ he didn’t save eldia and he didn’t end the cycle of hatred (things intimately linked). these are also the things he says out loud and in his head as what he wants to do
@Abraham-yf2sd And he keeps them safe by... leaving them to their own hands after killing 80% of the population, where the remaining survivors could have very well just ignored Armin's speech (again, Armin's speech never worked, that im aware of) and killed them all. Him going all out, would have guaranteed their safety. He does not act like himself. And i just dont understand how people can look at Eren and say "Yeah thats him alright." And yeah, but he also didn't say that Eren said that he wanted to destroy the cycle of hatred. He stated that Eren didn't save Eldia. And he didnt end the cycle of hatred. He is talking about his actions, not about what he said. And he was referring about him saving the island / his friends. The cycle of hatred is tied in on this (i assume), because him leaving anyone alive, will bring the cycle of hatred, in which, his friends would not be safe. His original plan was to do a full scale rumbling, and then acts like 80% was his plan all along, which doesnt even really make sense (referring about the latter not the former).
@Abraham-yf2sd this is why i cant take anything half of u guys say seriously. "eren never said he wanted to destroy the cycle of hatred". eren explicitly stated this in chapter 130, proving you once again to be categorically, objectively, and scientifically wrong. please stop commenting especially this fucking nonsense
Jjk worst story to ever exist lmao
Do you need the story to be 100% coherent to enjoy it ? Just curious because I feel like you are angry at it lol. Personally I dont need a full and deep understanding and I prefer not asking why to certain questions
i do not. some of my favorite stories have undeniable holes but with aot (a plot driven series), having plot holes so deeply woven into the core concepts of the series, kills it. its like if roger was never the one to find the one piece or something
The only potential plothole is the fact of the plot's pre-determinism vis-a-vis Eren's Founder-Attack Titan powers. He influenced untold number of Subjects of Ymir without their knowledge throughout history to set-up the events wherein he could commit the Rumbling, thus denying himself any freedom of choice whatsoever in the matter: this ironically made him a 'slave to freedom.' The reason this is a plothole is because it's the timetraveling paradox in a trenchcoat. The only reason it works here is because it makes Eren a sympathetically tragic character at the very end rather than a psychotic mass-murderer. Otherwise, usually this pre-deterministic approach tends to fail utterly because it hollows out a plot in favor of spacetime trickery. In every case, however, pre-determinism ruins any attempt at asking "why" questions about the characters' actions & motives since Free Will is essentially tossed out the window. In AoT Free Will basically boils down to "ignorance (of the truth about reality) is bliss," thus answering the 1st episode's ongoing query of what is beyond the (metaphorical) walls: Eren answers this question by finding out it was him causing the 80% Rumbling which was always inevitably beyond the (metaphorical) walls. But, honestly, this is only a plothole if you detest timetravel-centric overarching plot themes. In my opinion, AoT utilizes it the best, since only Eren is privy to it and it causes him to become a slave to his only value of being truly free. Otherwise, I can't find any other glaring plotholes other than the hinted-at fact of Mikasa Ackerman having had her memories of Eren & herself in the timeless world (I think it was the cabin fishing scene at the very end) wiped until she made her Choice (the only real at least somewhat Free Choice in the entire show), at which point the memories came back: it seems this shouldn't be possible since Ackerman's are either resistant or perhaps only immune to the Founding Titan's powers... either way, it's not a show-stopping plothole since it would only be somewhat less meaningful had she known all along his true intentions and put him out of his misery, thus neglecting the reason for Ymir's ending of the Titan Curse (being that she would put an end to someone she loves in favor of the greater good; to Mikasa this was humanity > Eren, and to Ymir this would have been her children > King Fritz). Even so, if Ackerman's are only immune, it's probable Mikasa could have just submitted to the mind wipe willingly out of love for Eren, which reinforces the Choice she makes having ultimate meaning by her ignorance of the truth of his intentions, having become willingly ignorant by choice purely out of love for Eren... Anyway, those two are the only plotholes I can perceive, and I wouldn't say they're really plotholes at all from a philosophical perspective.
Ts gotta be rage bait 😭😭
Most of the points in this video are complete misunderstandings from your part. Other parts is just the author allowing for mystery to remain and for you to come to a conclusion with the already established logic of the world(god forbid a mf writes a mystery in his stories), and only one or two points is only half valid. Regardless, every story that uses crazy fictional concepts will always have "plot holes". They arent really plot holes actually, its just that it doesn't exist in the real, so obviously it wont work if you analyze it at a microscopic level. While mystery remains for these questions, the answers can still be predicted and figured out. Use critical thinking.
I didnt misunderstand anything in this video. If you have a different “interpretation” that is not me misunderstanding. Having a plot driven series end with loose mechanics and things not being fully explained is textbook bad writing so thanks for conceding that. Every single plot hole i mention, i point out verifiable contradictions and or logical discrepancies. Nice try tho! Ik people with cat pfps usually dont have an iq above 40 so thank your neurodivergence for allowing you to get this far
@@dekuopioids "Has a ton of plotholes" "Is terribly written" Like I get it man, it is good idea to get viewers with a lousy ragebait but come on. If you watch the series or read the manga objectively, this cannot be a real conclusion. "I didnt misunderstand anything in this video" Bro, how bout be responsible of your points and ask what u misunderstood?? For example, Zeke didn't start the rumbling, Eren did. Zeke was required for Eren to use the founder, since he needed to touch royal blood, which Zeke had through Dina. That's pretty simple and well displayed through the show. U could argue that what happened to Zeke after that was a bit weird with the rules of the universe but u clearly misunderstood so please... Or for example in the first one, how do we know that Armin is familiar how the time is passing in the paths? I think Ymir captured him there just keep him from blowing up Eren, so I think time passed normally then. Like the writing can be viewed with critical pov and I do not think the writing is 100% perfect but why should it be? Is there any other piece of fiction that is 100% perfectly written with 0 plot holes? And would it be better if the series gave u 100% of the answers all the time and nothing to work for yourself? Like I appreciate different opinions and not just jumping on a glazetrain but attacking ur viewer and insulting them doesn't make u look very good :D
After reading a few of the other comments, where you boast that ur commenters "could never win a debate", more insults and glazing people who agree with you... Like my man. Hating on people with differing opinions and arguing/"debating" like a 10 year old just shoutting "headcanon" and shit u know that is the very definition of poor argumentation. And do you always take everything that one character in a big series say as 100% the truth? Like I get that Kenny is saying in S3 that powers of the titans do not work on Ackers and that but does he know everything and does that inevitable mean that Mikasa would not hear Eren in the paths? May not be the most solid point but I just wanted to loosen this way of thinking a bit, like this story is pretty complex and not every character saying something means its 100% true?? And before you say that is lazy writing or something, that is a great way of making a story more deep and interesting, used in many great and valued pieces, Fire and Blood by Martin etc. So yeah if Connie in S2 thinks Reiner is a good guy that necessarily does not mean he is.
@@dekuopioids this is why neither you or your channel will ever amount to anything great. Not with that childish attitude at least, even less with your ridiculous opinions. I suggest you try and become a more respectable figure, rather than someone who will be mocked for their lunacy.
@@dekuopioids never gonna amount to anything great with that attitude.
Half of these aren’t plot holes but u misunderstanding (no disrespect)
like what. i misunderstand the fact that paths was retconned? i misunderstand the fact grisiha had zero reason to give the founder to eren? i misunderstand the fact that historia's baby had no plot relevance?
I think you don’t understand the writing and while I do agree with a couple of your points like Historia’s baby and Falco getting almost instant Titan control; but you’ve gotten the Founders and the Attack Titan’s powers mixed up (probably bc Eren possesses both) The colossal titan idk what you were cooking w that one, other than it being retconned in the earlier seasons. Paths can also be a confusing concept to grasp bc time doesn’t really exist there and seems to be Ymir’s domain, Mikasa was the one to show her to break the Vow of the King by killing Eren and living a life after him, like Ymir could’ve w her kids instead of sacrificing herself for the King out of an almost stockholm syndrome form of love. TLDR: Rewatch and Reread again bc more details come up everytime Also, Historia’s baby was written as a red herring bc Isayama was tired of people guessing the ending.
if you genuinely think historia's baby was a red herring so people could not guess the ending of the series, genuinely never ever ever ever ever ever ever talk about attack on titan or any other manga
@@dekuopioidsi actually understand the writing unlike you lmao, im saying thats WHY he wrote it like that. Not the sole purpose of Historia’s baby being written. It serves as a new beginning for Historia
“I understand the writing unlike you” “Historia’s baby was a red herring so people wouldnt guess the ending” you dont know what youre talking about, you dont understand basic storytelling, and you could NEVER beat anyone in a debate
agreed
I don't know if this video is a bad prank kinda thing. But this guy's words are literally filed with hate and disgust so much so that he's even dumber than the pig that may or may not have been released by Ymir, while stating some points. And I wanna say this video is kinda rage bait, and full of bullshit. It's okay though, your smooth brain can't handle this well knit story.
"well knit story" tell me why grishia gave eren the founder
@dekuopioids first of all thnx for asking, this allowing for a conversation to start. And to answer you, in short grisha's 13 year term is almost over and he doesn't have the drive or means to use it as shown in previous scene. And in long form, He's kinda done with everything by that point. As in making peace with his past hence why he aborts his mission earlier. But then eren slowly keeps showing him glimpses of future (cause zeke took him into paths) then at Chapel he literally re ignited grisha's trauma that he buried. And by showing him only glimpses about his wife Carla eren had leverage over his dad. Basically eren almost blackmailed/ manipulated grisha into doing it.
alright. thanks for headcanoning a bunch of stuff. chapter 131 page 39 zeke explicitly states and rationalizes that eren showed grishia something that would persuade him into giving eren the founder. eren confirms this by saying he was delighted in the sight he saw FROM grishia's memory which is the reason why grishia fed himself to eren. not to be rude but stop ignoring the story to bridge gaps inside of it. ts is an oxymoron
@@dekuopioids are you saying eren was delighted or was it grisha. Because no one there is feeling delighted. Grisha is clinging on to the hope of safety, that eren provided through showing him glimpses of future or rather past (cause the ep1 wall breach already happened by that point ), and did as he was asked to (taking founder and ending the royals). He doubts it after coming out of the chapel and sees zeke while warning him and saying sorry. Later we can see in ep 2/3 of anime that grisha is riding a horse cart(?) back while wondering if carla and eren are safe.
And here is the genius writing of Isayama. First time watchers know carla is dead and listening to grisha words where he wonders his wife and son are safe, they assume "poor soul he doesn't know his wife's dead yet". But upon seeing this episode you find eren (fake) promises grisha safety of his family if he does the deed of ending the royals but still can't trust eren, hence why he wonders that question. See, here we can see even after making a full circle trip through the show, girsha ends up with same feelings but in a different context.
To your other point about all past titan shifters, they never came back to life. It's been established that previous shifters (or even all eldians) in a way "live on" in some forms of limbo / memories in the Paths (not unlike how Founder Ymir); shifters just seems to retain even more of their selves. So it's not preposterous to me that Eren used the power of the Warhammer + Founder to conjure and control their titan. What Armin and Zeke did in "waking" them was in effect shaking them out of their limbo / trance that may or may not have been an effect of the founder. That act is not unlike how Eren "woke" Ymir up and convinced her to choose his request instead of Zeke
04:05 Bertholdt was able to control his colossal titan on his first try. So Falco doing it on his 2nd try is nothing to be outraged at. Falco was also highly trained like other Marleyan Warriors.
kruger and them didnt actually come back, its just the way the paths work. i agree theres a lot of ambiguity around the concept of the paths and the entire last section of the story feels vague - its entertaining nonetheless. theres a reason it was so popular. despite its many many flaws, i still see AoT as one of the best modern stories on TV ever.
idk big dawg, if i say, they literally came back but armins explosion killed them whats ur response? left vague and nonsensical u can basically say whatever you want
@ idk man I'm not thinking too deep about it, it's entertainment - maybe you have a point, and I'm sure you do, but I'm not gonna ruin my experience watching it tho bc I still thoroughly enjoyed it, despite the average ending.
The founder doesn't have the power to see future memeories. The attack Titan does. King fritz did not have the attack Titan when he came to Paradis
eren stated thr founders power allows him to see the future AND the founder has all the abilities of all titans
@@dekuopioids no he didnt. you are wrong on this lol
@@dekuopioidsactivating the founder made all titan memories accessible to him all at once. Since Eren held both the Attack Titan AND Founder he got flooded with future memories too. As far as we know, the only other person to hold both Founder and Attack is Ymir
@@dekuopioids stupid ahh. All your points say "I can't make any critical thinking without the story outright confirming it and explaining it like im 5 years old, also, if I don't agree with it I'll ignore it and act like it makes no sense.
chapter 139 lmao. did u not read the story?
Even though some of thsse may be factually true, I still find AOT being my favorite anime.
Righttt
I think some of these are valid, and some are misunderstandings rather than plotholes, though they can make the finale even more incoherent. - Ackermans are connected to paths, but the founder cannot use their tricks on them, that´s why in Eren never erased Mikasa´s memories after his farewell like he did with everybody else, but rather waited to the moment right before his death to say goodbye. -Zeke´s death stopped the rumbling because Eren and Ymir wanted it to happen that way so that the false battle can go on. They were the ones that stopped the titans right at that moment. -Historia´s pregnancy was her choice from the start, she was never part of a military or political move. That is her way of finding freedom in the cruel world of AOT. Proves that even in a dire situation like that one, people can find freedom in their own way, and Eren was the one that CHOSE to not be free. -Eren´s colossal just reused the founder´s head on a new colossal body, so it makes sense it is proportionally bigger than the other colossal heads.
also a few more for #4 it is stated that you can create anything in paths that could also include humans, #8 Berthold controlled his titan on the first try it is stated by Reiner, #12 the founding titan is not 4D Ymir specifically is and since Ymir was "freed" by Eren he became 4d that's how i think about it, #13 not a plot hole tbh 😭
a good portions of these are interpretations or headcanons to substantiate ur claim that they arent all plot holes. which is cool ig, but still indicative of lazy writing -even if ackermans are connected to paths (cant prove it), mikasa should not have the power of the titans work on her. -this a headcanon, u cant prove this as well cant prove that zeke dying WOULDNT stop the rumbling if ymir and eren didnt orchestrate it that way -historia’s pregnancy is a dropped plot thread that leaves holes in the story with multiple characters inclusions. -headcanon as well. i specifically showed a panel of eren and armins colossal looking the exact same while presenting a through line of sizes to make the argument. frankly put, what u said makes no sense.
creating humans in paths. u want me to believe armin, zeke, and ymir were somehow sculpting grisha’s cock in order to stop the rumbling. makes sense. i could just not remember that, if that bertolt statement is true however bertolt is extraordinarily competent and we cant use an exception to justify others breaking the rule. 13 is frankly just me talking abt all the nonsense concerning others seeing dead people. to actually explain, marco is a pivotal point for jeans character and denying that assertion to fuel cheap emotion bait with sasha is a gap for jeans overall character. the same way historia’s baby not being plot relevant is also a plot hole
@@dekuopioids Ackermans are genetically modified eldians to guard the king this proves that they are connected to paths, the only thing that doesnt affect them is the memory wipe/ modification. 2. Bringing back humans in the paths is really not far fetched since its a space that transcends time and space. 3. well falco could also be an exception its more plot conveniency than a plot hole because it isnt the first time someone masters it 1st try (Reiner stated this after ymir ate marcel to annie. cant remember the specific chapter)
Gege forgets a dozen plotlines and side arcs as well as killing off incredibly interesting characters* Fans: Its not really about that tho, gojo expresses his longing to be taught about love because he is the strongest.
Do more videos on other series like JJK with dog shit writing. I heard Oshi no Ko f*cked it's ending worse than JJK. I would love to hear your thoughts on it
i try to limit the negativity. like 2 videos before one covering bad writing
@@dekuopioids I understand
I'm glad you're calling out dog shit writing. Do more of these videos. I watch all of them from start to finish. That's how much I hate Isayama and AOT.. that POS ruined a potential masterpiece and wasted people's time
nice sarcasm
@shrihanyt what sarcasm? I'm dead serious
@ I recommend visiting a mental hospital
@@Lord_Vanns yea the mental hospital is needed
@@Awesomedog1021 For what exactly? You guys just don't value your time and it shows. Have you ever thought about how long you watched and read a series for and what else you could've been doing with that time? Of course, I won't deny I chose to watch the series. However, what's the point if by the end you feel like you wasted that time? That's my problem with AOT. Similar to a relationship, you spend years with someone and then they leave you for someone else. You're gonna feel like you wasted your time and that's the issue.
I honestly thought at first you was gon be on some bullshit but you bring up a lot of good points all through the video. Good video ❤
read subahibi king
i will one day (definitely not)
Great video. AoT was really on track to becoming something phenomenal but Isayama really dropped the ball. How pple don't see the mess it became is beyond me
pretty colors, flowery words, and characters laughing and smiling
