How well does this unit do at picking up sounds with the built-in mics, compared to the DJI Action 5 and the Insta360 Ace Pro 2?

So far the best video for this cam. I like that you present it the way I wanna use it, for example vlogging. I am surprised that it has such good audio quality, even if the seperation from background noises is not perfect.

i have this dash cam Garmin 67☝️ working perfectly 👌 very good quality 👌 picture quality is 10 on 10 👌BUT on some weather 🌦️ you don't se car license plate , this means 4K is missing on this dash camera . On Iphone the Garmin app works fine 👌

is the battery still good after 2 years of use?

Great content, thank you. I bought the pocket 3 and was tempted to return for the action 5. I think they both have their pros/cons. I may just buy the action 6 when it comes out, since I’m starting a TH-cam channel.

Nice video, just subscribed. I use the DJI Action 4 as my main vlogging camera for my channel. Switched from GoPro and have never looked back. I also use the DJI Mic 2. The combo for hiking / adventure travel videos is amazing.

Lots of reviews say the motion 3 is easy to get bored with and you need the rc controller. That is to fly full manual like real fpv. Awaiting my Avata2 and I think I will just try the moti9n controller as you seem to really enjoy it. I don't think I have to fly 60 mph either as I would probably prefer low and slow around objects. Thanks for the video.

idiots (or rich/professional people) buy better performant RF canon lens and sell their EF-L. Smart people buy the EF-L because the RF are insanely expensive and the EF-L are still great: just my 2cents

do the police seize the dashcam or the SD card? They won’t trust you to hand them the video a few days later. If the police have your SD card, are you on the hook for speed infringements on previous unrelated videos? Are they retroactive events. There would be evidence of you going 5kph over the speed limit going down the hill when you went to get the groceries, buy smokes etc. Multiple times.

trivial but my Garmin 57 recorded this guy doing a big screechie around a roundabout and I stopped until he finished. The dashcan got the video and the sound of the tyres screeching. I use an old Garmin program GDCPlayer which allows me to downlod movies from the SD card. Garmin don’t support this any more preferring you to subscribe which I don’t do. There is a third party program called Dashcam Viewer, I only got it yesterday so I can’t comment on it. I also got the Garmin X310 which records at 4K and I can read the numberplates, presumably the file sizes will be bigger, my SD card is 512GB. Garmin also sell a 310 watch so be careful, the dashcam won’t fit on your wrist.

I cant decide between sony a7cii and fujifilm xt5 - due to parenting, work and lot of workouts I have in my shedule I don't want to edit my photos - are sony jpegs good in terms of colours or do you need to edit them? Is there any possibility to make film simulations in sony camera?

If rear ended, I hear that the car that caused the collision is at fault. So, don't need to prove anything. If I hit someone in the rear, it's my fault because we are supposed to be in control of our cars at all times.

I don't know what you're talking about. They're still expensive as hell. They suck too. They're slow at focusing compared to modern lenses.

this is horrible camera for travel. video needs a lot of variety shots to keep things interesting. shooting video with just 1 prime lens as in this camera is dumb

9:42, that's actually so funny, just a few months ago at a church I was shooting at I noticed that the hired photographer was using a 50D and a canon 24-70 f2.8L together with a flash. Honestly felt funny to me at the time, as they were of course paid, and good money at that, yet they were using a 120€ camera. When I saw the photos printed out later I was shocked at how good they looked. Still don't get the "using the 50D" type deal when her lens was clearly much more expensive and she could easily get at least a 5D mark ii/iii/iv just for the peace of mind, it's a reliable camera but it's hella old...

The purpose to record the audio inside is for people who are in a hit and run and you can say the license plate numbers without having to open iphone and chase after driver and then type in the numbers, because that is basically impossible to do. So having audio recording, you or if you have a passenger could read the plate numbers and bam, you got it recorded for when you need to give it to the cops ✌️

i am 57 years young and had drones for the last 10 years. You are 100% bang on when you say you can get bored with standard platform drone. I have had my Avata 2 for 2 days and absolutely love it! gets the heart racing alright. Thanks for the great video. *SUB*

The triple battery charger does change the batteries. It does one at a time.

The Find Me might seem like a gimmick, but it saved me recently. I had accidentally left the Go3S turned on in the pod, but the screen was off so I didn’t know. Find Me later warned me that the battery was very low. Without this i would have gone filming the next day with a completely flat battery 😮.

Always in my pocket, says it all, image quality is fine for social media despite the nay sayers, brilliant for a very affordable drone. PS. The follow mode locks onto your head, so it avoids almost everything..

Brilliant camera, still using my 4 for an additional view moto vlogging too. Pair with the Mini mic and an iPhone and you have a whole travel set up. Accessories, just a Insta 360 threaded stick, DJI power stick, Insta tripod with extendable legs and a few spare batteries and mounts. PS. Only use the frame for lights and vertical shooting…
