I still use some 580s for video encoding, they are well supported and about 2-3 times faster then my 6600XT when doing that.

pretty sure an rx 5700 can be turned into an rx 5700xt with a bios download.

I have a 590 and I look at it most of the time pretty weak compared to 3070ti I use.It's good to have though for projects and testing systems.

The 8gb card I have in my system holds up pretty well you can still play a lot of games at high or even ultra settings 1080p at 30 fps,and can even coax 60 out of a lot of games without even touching FSR

This card even having 8gb vram i think it's pointless. Mainly cause it struggles to play games maxed out to try to utilize even 6gb of vram.

16vram was meant for crypto miners because it demanded more memory

this 580 chip with 2048sp is a basicaly a RX470, theses 580 w/2048sp are created for the chinese market, the real 580 chip(same used on 590) got 2304sp

Install a virtual dive on the extra vRAM to load your game faster...

Overall good video, but it's a bit weird using 4k ultra gaming as a benchmark for 6 year old 1080p 60 fps cards. I get the point is to stress test and push the vram, but a lot of games have vram limits there are some better esports type games like COD and Apex that let you set the vram restriction, another way is older direct x games with the 4gb patches. I'm fairly certain texture cache is the most taxing on vram not model density or resolution. Very few games even still go over 8 gbs which you demonstrated well. Another thing to test would be potentially vram overclocks as it is 16 individual 1 gbs chips then potentially that could mean a difference in stability or performance maybe even an exponential difference, I know for instance computer ram tends to get better gaming performance with 4 8gb sticks and 2 16 gbs sticks versus 1 32 gb stick because dual channel memory I have no clue in regards to vram. Something to be weary of for buyers is that older cards may have more vram at a lower cost but use older memory chips and standards with lower clocks, it's not just the gpu dye with lower specs. That said their may be case uses like for media servers or budget video editing stations that could use this extra ram and the money you save could go toward the cpu which is going to have a bigger effect outside of gaming.

Bruh its not working as it should something bottlenecks the 16gb card

16 gb vram on even an rx 7600 is kind of dubious whether you could run games well enough at 4k to use the 16 gb lol. 12 gb could make sense for 1440p maybe, but 16 is a bit overboard. You really need something as powerful as an rx 6800 to make use of 16gb.

Would be ok for light development. Scene rendering. and mining. Maybe some AI. Might help with city Skylines. Games that load in a lot of textures. But def not a 4K card for gaming. cause the resolution is tapping out the GPU die itself.
