After making the whole pattern, when i try placing it on the dress, the pattern comes out big and im unable to get the desired effect as yours because the patterns become big hence not so much patterns are visible, what do i do please ?
Hello! I see! Is it a shape with the pattern that you are unable to reduce in size? If yes, then what you can do is right click on the shape > transform > scale.
Next, make sure that 'transform objects' and 'transform patterns' are both tick marked.
Next, hit 'OK'.
You should be able to reduce the size of the shape now. Let me know if that helps?

Hi Gunjan! If it’s for a Fashion Designer job at Myntra, then unfortunately no. The role requires too many in person tasks so I doubt that it will ever be a work from home role too. Hope that helps!

How do you get a free version of illustrator on MacBook? I’ve been struggling to find one
You can get a trial version of Illustrator free for one month (link in the description). But after that, you can pay for it monthly as and when you need it. Hope that helps!

Ah! Try this - Select the object, then go to Object > Transform > Rotate... here make sure you check off 'Transform Objects' and check 'Transform patterns'. Also turn Preview ON to see if you're getting the results. Now try!

Are you sure the camera quality is not a problem?
Hi Deborah! Do you mean for the sketch I drew at the start and imported into illustrator? Then yes, it’s not a problem at all. I remember using this technique years ago when I had a pretty bad camera (as did most of my design classmates). Since we’re not image tracing it and instead redrawing it, camera quality does not matter. Hope that helps!
