@FishoMan-q6p cheers..haha well I can edit out the frustrating bits but I do make it as simple as possible. Every time I go fishing it’s a location where I think I’ll have most success with the given tide,wind and moon phase.

@farcanalfishing haven't landed any but had a huge bite but missed it because it bent my hook out but yea I haven't really caught anything yet I'm going out to the jetty tommorow morning idk if you know how far it goes out but it's goes like really deep out so hopefully I'll catch something I'm up here for a week Monday to Sunday so hopefully I catch something Ps i forgot to sync I s fishing of the kayak

@TheDogGang618 kinda depends what u wanna catch..deep water around pylons use vibes around 90mm or jerk shads with 1/2 ounce or so which i had success on…

@@mavenfpv7843 it’s the garmin echomap 75sv non UHD model..around the 2019 mark..a mate of mine got the UHD version and maybe it’s the way he had it set up, but I didn’t like it as much…when I do upgrade I think I’ll go Humminbird as the picture on those is so clean!

@@simonbaigrie2485 I haven’t put much time into the area but can’t say I’d rate the fishing very high, not land based anyway..I personally wouldn’t take fish to eat from the river as it’s pretty polluted

@@farcanalfishing I haven’t found any large Jew of late either although, I’ve mostly been focusing on other stuff. I’d say there’d be a few getting around the deep reefs and the end terminals down at the mouth. 👍

Thanks mate..current can get very strong through there and at low tide lots of rock bars just under the surface as u can see in the video haha…I haven’t been there in a while now but I usually like the outgoing tide..curly tail plastics work well and a jig head with enough weight for whether u fish the shallows or the deep ledge…it’s a tricky spot with lots of snags though, good luck 👍🏻

Yeah I love it..mines the 5-8kg light barra spin..still has a short enough butt so easier to use on the yak..it’s hard to find a medium/heavy rod that’s good length and short butt..and was around $100 on special when I got it

Yeah was a surprise, wish I went across the river earlier though…was stacks of bait around those pylons but had to head in! Live scope is cheating aye haha

Mac tuna isn’t rated great eating by most ppl, I would have kept the longtail tuna I lost..yeah there was a few decent waves that day haha
