    I gotta find a local place to port my head, forcam sent a email to me saying they do not provide ported heads / valves anymore 😢 I was hoping to get the 360 race kit. But they recommended to only run that kit with the ported head. I’m looking around it ranges from 5-8 hundred unfortunately

      The EJK won’t help as much as some think. It adds a little spunk but if you want a big difference. Use the same money you would spend on this and get you the real deal. An actual ECU/ Tuner. Best bang for the buck for sure!

    • @ThatGuy-771

      Honestly. The EJK is just a fuel adjuster and is terrible compared to the full ECU I run now. The Athlon from Force Cam. I sold the EJK after 1 year. Piston had carbon build up everywhere. It was terrible. The ECU is where it’s at though and worth every penny.

    • @ThatGuy-771
      @ThatGuy-771 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@MikeYoung-iz4gb awesome topic! So much controversy on this. MY answer is… no. Only when starting/ coming to a stop or for of course loading the clutch maybe but regular trail riding or heck even track riding no. Dirtbikes have a meshed gear. Box or dog box. But it’s not necessary to use the clutch when you shift. Some will say they use the clutch when shifting up but not down to stay in a certain rpm range etc. but I will say no. It does not matter TECHNICALLY on paper. I know folks that have never used a clutch except starting and stoping and they haven’t replaced a clutch kit yet. Thanks for watching!! 🤙

    As an enduro rider I compared the KX250 against the KX250X on a MX track and I much preferred the KX250X. I guess it's what you're used to... KYB suspension means there's loads of adjustment compared to say WP on a KTM/Husky

    • @ThatGuy-771
      @ThatGuy-771 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@supertedholty1053 that’s a really good point! There are a ton of adjustments that can be made with the KYB. Especially compared to the WP (ugh not a fan there) haha I think my issue with the MX was exactly that. I compared it to the KX250 out of the box and 250X. But in reality my 250X is set up for woods racing not MX. so that could be where my bias came from lol Awesome point though on the KYB and having a lot more adjustment opportunity.

    Has anyone installed the 275 Rally with the Force Cam exhaust and ECU? 275 Rally @ 28 HP 310 Rally @ 30 HP. No available specs on respective torque. I'd sure like to see the respective dyno graphs. Being rather old, the 275 seems a bit friendlier, safer even. That being said, Guilherme knows I'm a fossil and is still confidently pointing me towards the 310 rally; and he is the expert.

      @@sansdecorum4600 so we have not done the 275 rally. We felt that just wouldn’t have had the bite we were looking for on the bikes. So we went with the race cam which really let it scream at high RPMs. But yes, G is absolutely the man! That 310 rally honestly is the BEST bang for your buck and performance in our opinion as well. We actually may be testing out the Race cam in it later. But for now it is the top performer. Does not give you TO MUCH power but it’s there if you need it. Very manageable and linear like stock. Just hits harder lol Torque specs I’m not entirely sure on but I will say it has no problem picking that front end up if you want it to. 310 would absolutely be my go to kit for anyone. Informative, concise video. Nice. As promised, you addressed pretty much everything I had any questions about. Probably saved me a fair amount of cash on dubious suspension upgrades too; at least for now. Thanks for that! Regarding a replacement seat, you recommended offerings from Guts Racing, so I took a look. What exactly is the "Add Step or "Bump" option on the foam and where / how does it contact / affect the rider? This variable is new to me. Seems the 310 Rally kits are out of stock at the moment, (11/10/24) but I'm on the notification list. I'm sure Guilherme at Force Cam will have that covered in short order. I was going to start out with the 27 HP Plug & Play Combo ( ECU, Rally Cam, Exhaust) and get the 310 cylinder/piston/gaskets later, but I'm not seeing that as an option. I think such a kit would provide a nice upgrade path for those not ready, or in a position, to spring for a big bore kit out of the gate. Just a thought. Thanks again. That’s what I build this channel exactly for plus some fun rides every now and then lol So for the guts racing seat cover the step bump is what is seen on my Kawasaki if you have seen that one in the video. It’s a bump placed under the seat cover right behind where you sit in the “saddle” essentially. Keeps you in a great riding position, from sliding to far back and to me provides more stability in my riding style. For sure I’m sure the 310s will be back up and running in no time if he doesn’t already have them on the way! You can shoot him an email and get a more accurate time frame though. Guilherme is awesome! Always gets you the info and fast responses. They are truly top notch with their customer service! You also can hit him up for the added parts you’ll need to for finishing the kit. Which will be extremely simple for sure when you’re ready after the 27hp performance pack. You will love the 310 kit. Well, it took a bit longer than I wanted, but after having a real steal of a deal sold out from under me after your live chat with Force Cam, I finally found a super clean, save a bit of boot rash, low hour, (30-ish) 2021 CRF 250F fitted with black plastic (Looks damn sharp, too.) as the young lady didn't like red and hubby had to make it right. Having the stock plastic set aside should things go wrong in a big way is a nice hole card too. After getting acquainted and playing with it a bit, I suppose I'll be sending some money to Force Cam, Tuscany Racing, and Hyperlite Moto soon enough. Since you guys have had time to really shake things out in the field, I'd like to get your opinion as to sequence of upgrades and any desirable bits to protect bike and rider. Most likely frame guards, case covers, and skid plate to start there. As the bill will escalate quickly enough, I'm thinking I might hold off on the big bore kit and start out with the Combo 27 HP Plug & Play and maybe the Tuscany Racing Shock and Good Pressure Pneumatic Valve Kit for the forks. At 67 and 190 lbs. (Yeah, I know.), I see myself focusing on the more technical stuff rather than risking another bout of severe deceleration trauma. I've been broken and bolted back together several times, almost died of a subsequent pulmonary embolism, and not anxious to go through that again at my age; though I'm not going to go away quietly either. Screw that! Oh yeah, I'll be needing a new seat as the stock was shaved to accommodate the lady. Suggestions? Of course, any other recommendations or tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys. Ride hard, have fun.
