I really like your loadout, mine is similar, except with a medium (frameless) ALICE pack. But I am curious, why so many canteens? Are you in an area where you can't get water? Seems like a lot of weight to carry, but I'm in the Pacific Northwest (Eastern Cascades) where there is water everywhere.

Interesting table. I just got something similar with adjustable legs (14 to 21) thing is, with the terrains we camp at, they never fit without a tad of digging...haha or its a slip`n`slide

What is the best mre sofar? South Africa where i live the mre is very dull and tasteless.

I purchased the 4 x 8 truck bed model. I put it in my same size trailer and presto.....got me a camper. Was camping last night in a horrible rain thunderstorm. With only the factory fly I survived the storm with no water inside. What a great piece of equipment. I have a portable fan running all night too. Cheers.

That’s a better smock than I was issued with, 33 years ago. I did have an Arktis chest rig that was a good bit of kit. We used to call the big butt pack on the back a poachers pocket. Didn’t treat for waterproof because we wanted them to be flame resistant. Note pad and pens, pencils used to go on top left pocket.
