just a quick question on how much insulation u need for summer hammocking all my underquilts are too warm for summer i’m in tn pretty hot here any thoughts from your experiences love the videos
Depending on your type of hammock and sleeping style you can never go wrong with a foam mat in the hammock. If you still want a underquilt feel I like to use one of my woobie blankets underneath like this th-cam.com/video/9wtXkn_8PXc/w-d-xo.html
But im in southwest VA so we get the same weather. When its peak summer and humidity I just lay my woobie in the hammock and lay on it.

Yeah setting up camp in heavy rain isn't fun haha. Glad you enjoyed my man. The rain camps are my favorite this time of year because it helps tame the unbearable heat.

Never …Never …pour fuel on a fire…with an alcohol stove you are supposed to wait until it is completely cool before adding more fuel….corned beef hash is great with white hominy and eggs…if you are gonna scramble them anyway pit them in a plastic jug after you crack them open….makes it easy to mix them up too…Have fun and stay safe.

Maybe it’s the camera I don’t know your head looks like it’s below your feet. You’ll get a headache in the morning.
It was the camera angle. And the lay design of the hammock. It was super comfortable and I slept great
