I really like your loadout, mine is similar, except with a medium (frameless) ALICE pack. But I am curious, why so many canteens? Are you in an area where you can't get water? Seems like a lot of weight to carry, but I'm in the Pacific Northwest (Eastern Cascades) where there is water everywhere.

I live in the eastern woodlands so there are lots of streams and creeks. But i'm prone to heat stroke and dehydrate quickly so I always carry plenty of water just in case.
