3D Perfume Advertisment | C4D Tutorial
มุมมอง 3.6Kปีที่แล้ว
Little bit of a different one today guys, Zaharoff kindly allowed me to do a breakdown on this ad I made for the launch of their new perfume AURUM. This was a lot of fun. The purpose of this video is to show you some of the main things I did to get each scene working in C4D and Redshift. I will be making more detailed videos, let me know which shots you would like to see in more detail, I am ke...

Beer Can | A Basic Soft Light Setup in C4D | Part 2
มุมมอง 4.9Kปีที่แล้ว
Quick light setup for this soft light beer can. Just on of the many ways to go about it, but I do like using the bounce lighting, it can get slow and messy, but is a lot of fun to play with and can can make for some creative solutions. Any feedback please let me know over on instagram: jack.ke_design
Honey in C4D Redshift - Powerful Cloners | Volume Mesh | Lighting
มุมมอง 4.6Kปีที่แล้ว
Slightly different style this week, please let me know what you think about the flow of the tutorial. This week I jump into an asset I built for a current project I'm working on. We look at how mograph selection can be useful in working with cloners, as well as two useful cases for a volumer builder mesher workflow, as well as some texturing and lighting work. I'm freelancing, connect with me o...

Beer Can | A Basic Intro to Modelling in C4D | Part 1
มุมมอง 3.7Kปีที่แล้ว
I'm no modelling wizard, but before we make a bunch of cool videos, we're gonna need ourselves a can! If you've struggled with even basic modelling in Cinema4D before this might be the video for you. In Part 1, we explore the core tools and principles to end up with a decent model, and a lazy way to apply textures. If you're interested, make sure to comment down below for a part 2 covering how ...

Simple Technique to Create Liquid Gold in Cinema4d
มุมมอง 4.6Kปีที่แล้ว
Just a short video today guys, nothing groundbreaking but hope it shows how often the trick to a shot isn't more advanced techniques, just a bit of art direction and really focusing the camera in. If you want to get a similar gold look in Redshift, check out my other liquid gold tutorial, already explained there and didn't want to repeat myself! Connect with me on Instagram: jack....
Create a Liquid Gold Effect | Cinema4D + Redshift Tutorial
มุมมอง 8Kปีที่แล้ว
A recent project required me to create this liquid gold effect in C4D and Redshift, and I thought it would be an interesting thing to share. It can be difficult to predict exactly how the volume builder is going to behave, so I suggest focusing on a basic understanding of what each component does inside and then play around with it. Even inside the tutorial I had to tweak voxel size and iterati...
Procedural Knitting in Cinema4d | Tutorial
มุมมอง 10Kปีที่แล้ว
This one was a doozy to work out, but finally happy with the technique. We use a few different tools to create this customisable and detailed knitting simulation, that can be reworked as needed. Hope you enjoy it, if you have any improvments to the Cinema4d workflow or my general tutorial presentation would love to hear them.
Create Beautiful Complexities | Scene Nodes in Cinema4d and Redshift Tutorial
มุมมอง 4.7Kปีที่แล้ว
Another scene nodes tutorial for Cinema 4D as requested, kept in a bit of the work I did in redshift too because I thought it was important to the final look. The main focus of this tutorial was getting the viewer familiar with distribution and matrix ops in the scene nodes panel of C4D. One thing I forgot to mention was the animation - which is as easy as normal cinema 4d - done exactly the sa...

good tutorial but with this video resolution it became unasable !!!
trash
Sir please provide model
After 11 months, this is so satisfying. Please we still need the animation tutorial
8:50 It's not that I use it a lot, but in this case, seems useful to me to use volume builder, volume mesher, subdivision surface and remesh. Maybe also adding some SDF Smooth in the volume builder may help to soften things up
ur amazing ty!!
Looks good, but the world scale is problem here
Fantastic
cheers
Great work Jack !
cheers man appreciate it
Thank you so much ♥
So many cool shots! Great work - loved the watch and lasers :)
Cheers!
This is 🔥
thanks bud
cool bro
thanks man
Amazing reel bro!! Smashing it
cheers mate!
wow
cheers
how did you learn cinema 4d, blender, and Houdini? what was your schedule like? can you give me an insight. i really want to learn them too. you works are amazing
cheers! just pick one software to start, and really as much time as you have spare, feel free to dm on insta, happy to help
Love it!
cheers!
i dont know how from 4:20 transform to 4:25 @@
Apologies for the confusion, up to 4:20 is the basic process behind it, at 4;25 I've switched to one I built before using the same approach
Great video Jack. Apologies if it's already been pointed out, but a fast way to inherit the accurate coordinates for the spherical field onto your geometry sphere, is simply to nest it under the SF and zero out the xyz coordinates.
good note, cheers mate!
The animation looks cool but that's definitely not a tutorial. Maybe just clickbait, who knows...
How did a lot of cloners appear in the cloner? (3:35)
Im asking me that too
So I was also having a bad time getting what happened, but it seems like he turned the Cloner into editable by pressing C on the keyboard, so all the other cloners appeared...
Great!
model pls
absolutely loved this tutorial. It's really helped me approach a project I've been worried about, thank you.
Your tutorials are spectacular, but I have a lot of difficulty reading what you do with this quality
Thank you. I like your totrials
Nope... Edit resource screen looks different once you enter it. So could not follow after that point. C4d 2024. Also, had to guess what each piece of text said because almost none of it was legible.
yes... I'd like to see another with condensation. please. there are some vids out there, I'd like to see YOUR method.
is there a way to make it more fluid? it does look kinda stop motion
3:34 что ты нажимал?
yeah, the tutorial is really interesting and enjoyable!
Great one bro, but how you make the thickness ?
Awesome tutorial ! really interest for a part 2 ! :)
Its amazing. Thanx so much
Great tutorial. My tip is a little obscure but if you are iterating over multiple arrays do it explicitly rather than letting the nodes work it out for themselves. The reason being that you can find the nodes suddenly give up and cannot work out what they are supposed to be iterating over and you get an an error message and nothing works.
Heeeyy !! Thaaanks!! Nice tutorial! Subscribed!
So cool! Thanks Jack!
Thanks for the video, and definitely more scene nodes! Also besides versatility of the technique itself would you say this method also increases performance? Or is it basically the same as the standard (non nodal) workflow?
4:26 change scene port mode - this has changed in 2024 version I thought i found it but the scene object children dont show up. in the node editor.
and then it suddenly did. c4d has to be the most confusing to try and learn. w so many changes so quickly.
能分享这个花的模型么
不好意思,现在没有,其实好简单
Amazing Tut man
cheers mate, glad you liked it
Hey Jack! do you have patreon? I really want to learn more from you!
Cheers! Maybe in the future haha
nice trick with index!
glad it helped
That was what I'm looking for. Thx mate!
cheers!
good
cheers!
Hey could you dive into how you made this material? I’m really eager to make something that’s black and sparkly like this material you have here! It’s like a black gold yes? 😊 Please let me know and/or make a quick tutorial with how you made this material in the video! Thank you in advance!
hey mate, sure thing - will try and put something out that covers gold. If you're in a rush Greyscale Gorilla has some great textures to get you started
Hi Jack! Thanks for your tutorial, can u please write how did u do that heart?)
cheers, sure thing: you need to use a shader effector, and create a custom map in ai or ps and link it. Then you can use that in redshift as color data and display it
@@JackKeDesign thanks for your answer) I tried this tutorial "How to project an image using Shader effector in Cinema 4D 2023 @MaxonVFX" and tried using a tag "fit to object" so now I see a black texture on my object) where could I have taken a wrong turn?)
@@PalAnnna hmm, I think it could be because RS doesn't like this workflow for whatever reason. For Redshift, you need to use color user data in your node set up, and make sure it is set to mograph color. Also make sure the cloner is set to single, multi-instance will ruin the projection
great video man, i would love to see how you go about creating the displacement maps
cheers bro, ok I'll make a vid on displacement in the future
Hello Jack, great tutorial! Thanks. A quick question, please: What is the program called that allows images to float over the screen?
cheers, that is PureRef, very useful tool
I like so much how you explain Nodes, thanks a lot
cheers, my pleasure
