Yes, works great on the bicycle…BUT, I suggest a strong mount made out of aluminum or steel. The first time I tried it with a basic plastic mount it snapped off.

Yes, one of the best action cameras (at this price point) that I have ever tested.

I'm sorry, but I have not used that specific Hohem gimbal, but I have used other Hohem gimbals with action cameras and they perform very, very well.

What do you want to do with the video files? Edit them or just view them? If you want to edit them on a computer, take the micro SD card out of the camera and insert it into a card reader on the computer to transfer files. If you just want to view the videos, connect the camera to a TV or monitor using an HDMI cable.

It quite possibly is. There seems to be a lot of ‘rebranding’ with these Chinese made action cameras.

Sorry, can’t say for sure as I’ve only tested this gimbal with iPhones. It probably would work with a Samsung, but the Otter case may be too bulky and I’m not sure if the app is Android compatible.

Yes, having a plug-in microphone greatly improves the audio quality.

There are two methods to transfer files to a PC. Method 1, use the included micro USB cable and plug the camera into a USB port on the computer. Now you can view or move the files to your computer. Method 2, remove the micro SD memory card from the camera and insert it into your computer’s built-in card reader. If your computer does not have a card reader you can use an external card reader that also plugs into a USB port on the computer.

These are both good cameras, but with different features. The GA300 is made of plastic, shoots good video, has a front facing view screen and records great audio thanks to it's external microphone feature. The GA400 is made of metal and is much more durable and it's also waterproof without a housing, but lacks the front facing view screen, and it DOES NOT support an external microphone so the audio is not very good. So, it really depends on what features are important to you. However, a good alternative that combines all of these features is the Wolfang GA420. The mic input on this camera is USB micro. I do not know of any wireless receivers that connect using that connection.

I’m using a GoPro Hero 8. I have not tried the Hero 11, but it’s my understanding that this gimbal will pair with all current GoPro cameras.

Ah, good question…. My phone is actually an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which measures 3.07x6.33x0.29 and it fits easily into this Shellbox case.

Ya, this camera was a big dissapointment!

Here's a translation : "It's better to buy an older, used GoPro than to believe that such Chinese garbage will replace it." Interesting point. Yes, GoPro's are great cameras with lots of high-end features, but that does come at a higher price. I'll admit the Wolfang GA300 is not a perfect camera, but considering the low cost, this is a very good beginner or second camera that does a decent job recording good video and quality audio. I have reviewed many Chinese 'garbage' cameras and this is one of the better ones.

Unfortunately my main camera ( Canon camcorder) that I use for all the intros, extras, unboxing, product tour etc. only shoots in HD, so until I can afford a good 4K that’s the way I’ll be doing my reviews. And, yes… you are correct… most of these inexpensive action cameras are not capable of true 4K60. I believe it is all done through interpolation, hence my comments about ‘soft’ images recorded at that frame rate. There seems to be a lot of hype around 60fps. I usually tell people that unless you need slo-motion, there really is no need to shoot at 60. For general all-around videos 30 looks great.

Hey mate, thanks for the quick reply. I'm just sat here working on my latest two TH-cam uploads! And yes, there has always been to much hype about mega pixels etc. I do some action sports, mostly flying, and good 4K with EIS I think is useful for that. I have a waterproof SJCam SJ8 that I was sent. £200+ at the time. Genuine 4K 30 fps, native waterproof but awful audio so SJCam didn't produce it and came out with the SJ9 instead. I have seen one rendered 4K GA920 video on here and it was very poor so I'm not saying yes to this one. I have reviewed a couple of Wolfangs amongst the 50 odd cameras I've reviewed and they were nothing special. I did a lot for Akaso. One review has 600K TH-cam views. The Brave 6 was very good. 3 times they offered my a Brave 7 but in the end I never got it. Had enough of cheap cameras. Do quite a lot with RC planes now. One of those has 50K views but the whole TH-cam thing is getting much harder! Where do you live? NZ? Canada. Looks fantastic. @@ExploreVideo-cr3eh

The newest phones and GoPro models all shoot excellent UHD video, so quality wise they are both equal, however I’d give the phone the edge when it comes to useability because of it’s large view screen.

Yes, it can be powered from a power bank.

All I can tell you is the instruction say it has a payload capacity of 150 grams. I’ve only used it with my GoPro Hero 8 which weighs 125 grams.

Yes, I was really happy with the sound quality. Moman claims a ‘Line Of Sight’ recording distance of 150 meters (492 ft.) I did not test it that far, however I did get excellent results when I was about 50 meters (164 ft.) away from the camera.

Yes, your voices were very clear and no interfaces from external noise like wind or birds. Very good buy.

I prefer the Wolfang GA420, BUT my new favourite budget action camera is the SURFOLA SF530. I’m working on that review right now… stay tuned.
