Would love to hear more about how you came by your tools skills, acquired the tools to do it and whether you had any backup when you were building. Curious if you had to go through the permitting process there? I had to do a lot of that here in the US.

Well done. Looks amazing. By way of constructive criticism, I think you should add a door sill in the double door entry. This would mean you would have to trim the doors. Once trimmed they won’t rub on the floor. Remember measure twice cut once. I think you should tackle the entire barn. You have the skills now, easy peasy. Would make good videos as well. I was born into a big Irish family in Liverpool in 1956. Several of us feral kids [and cats] used to sleep in an stone barn with a loft full of hay and horses in stalls below near our home [long gone now]. As a child I asked an old carter if the stories about the barn being haunted were true, he told me that it couldn't be because only animals had ever lived there and when animals died they all went straight to live in peace in heaven, no questions asked. I've been partial to barn conversions ever since.
