For sauerkraut, we often wash it out with water once (when getting it from the store) to get the punch down a little bit, and we eat it in a mashed potato.. stew? with potatoes and either apples or raisins for some sweetness. Add a bit of sausage and gravy and you got a hearthy winter meal :) I don't like too sour things on their own either, but in the right context it's lovely!

For fermenting you may want to explore Sandor Katz and/or Christopher and Kirsten Shockey. If you like spicy foods try some kimchi and see if your taste buds can accept that. South Asian pickles are usually fermented and that would be a good introduction. But if you really cannot accept the taste of fermented foods, make some Fire Cider (Rosemary Gladstar) and have a teaspoon of that everyday. It will do the trick.

With your patience and creative hands I’m sure you will successfully be able to make a special garment with all the progress from sheep to yarn 🧶 lovely video as always 🤗

I love your music choices! Suggestions: is fermented yogurt an option?; how about knitting a lovely warm muffler? I really enjoy your videos -- please keep them coming

I really love your videos but would be able to make the text explaining the spices you use a little bigger please, for those like me who have eyesight like a mole.
