They were extremely humble and transparent when I spoke with them. Realistic lead times and expectations and one AK went down during the day and they even chatted about what went wrong and how they plan to fix it. They've got my seal of approval. 🦭

You know, thats a good question. The straight pull is a design by SwarmTech so he would be a good one to poke at to get a left version, although i have a suspicion that you may be able to mirror a handful of files to make it work... Maybe not.... hmmm.

My designs indeed have tight tolerance/clearance. If your machines are DIALED, theres no sanding or filing required but if i made it a bit more loose, people with dialed printers will have extra slop.

@@MiddletonMade3D I printed some tolerance test prints and am successfully fitting parts with < 0.15mm tolerances. The Sauerkraut parts didn't fit until a considerable amount of material was removed. Something is up, dude. You model 3D printed parts like they're being CNC machined.

I mean, there's a lot of people using this and the V2 successfully... Most of my designs have a distance of .005 to .1in clearance between parts.

I didn't know there was a standard for printing clearance... There's nothing pretentious about having a tight fitting tolerance.

SLS4ALL seems to be the next best. Its on my radar to make a video for them too.

Potentially, yes. If you are referring the spicy stuff, none of the diy options are open bolt so there would need to be some reworking. If you mean the 556 versions and what not, i cant think of a reason it wouldnt work.

For sure! Irons would be probably a human size target but with a red dot, it's more accurate than most shooters are going to be. We were able to hit chalk sticks at 25y pretty regularly.

@@MiddletonMade3D oh wow. That's dam impressive actually...... Have you done a range test as in how far you can shoot repeatedly. Cuz from what you are saying 100 yards is not it.
