No offense but ​​I hate the fact that the fancy "how I learned Spanish in 1 year/6 months/3 months" videos tend to start with mentioning the importance of italki and talking based learning methods. No way to have a conversion when you start to learn any language from scratch. I would be so greatful to find one honest video about language learning finally. :I

@springspanish Spring Spanish - Learn Spanish with Chunks

Idk how to learn spanish bro I learned japanese and hindi by watching tv but Spanish. I seriously can’t seem to find good tv shows to watch & because they are not my taste 💀also because that’s the way I have been learning languages (I mean basically listening and understanding the words and find the repeated words and make sentences out of them) but for spanish I can’t do that. I feel like spanish hates me 😂😂😂 so I think I am going to try youtubers because this is the only way will I be able to boost my listening skills and understand the words that are being spoken.

I have been to South Africa in 2002 I did not experience the loadshedding , that is probably recent in South Africa , when I was staying in Pretoria but I went to visit Cape Town , I went to Boulders beach to watch the penguins I wanted to go to Hermanus to watch the blue whales but I needed a car to go there , for Boulders beach you can go there by train from Cape Town main train station . I was in South Africa for only 2 weeks I wanted to visit the Kruger National Park the games park which as big as the state of Israel 20 000 km2 but I was short of time , there are so many things to see in South Africa I wanted to go the Kwa zulu Natal to go to a game park to watch the flamingoes no time , I also remembered going from Pretoria to Cape Town by coach and passing by Port Elizabeth your town and i have noticed a big harbour there . Living in France I can say that some South Africans has a better life than most of Europeans because I remembered from the plane when we were above the city of Johannesburg seen so many nice houses with swimming pools I could not believe I was in Africa. I had notice like in Brazil there are a great disparity between those who have and those who have not in South Africa and also the security problems when I was there I did not experience that myself but watching some reports on South African television I realized it is great problem , but I enjoyed my stay in South Africa , from all the countries that I have visited I can honestly say South Africa is my favourite . I hope to go back there one day.

I'm glad you had the foresight and courtesy to leave Christian resources to the end so those of us not interested in them could skip them. I am not Christian and I am tired of Christians constantly trying to preach to me or leaving Christian related comments to videos that have absolutely nothing to do with religion. I scanned a few comments while listening and when I saw some mentioning your Christian references I groaned, thinking "Great! More preaching in a video that has nothing to do with Christianity!" But out of consideration of non-Christians you left it at the end of the video and didn't really do any preaching (other than to advise people not to let learning Spanish interfere with their religious observances).

I do feel pressured and I know that once I do the test and pass, I'll just stop. My study of Spanish now is an organic one where I feel genuinely curious and in love with the process. Visited Ishinomaki in March this year! It was such a welcome change from touring the big metropolitan cities. Took a ferry to Tashirojima (Cat island). We stayed at a small but quaint and warm hotel called Tabist Duck! The proprietors were extremely warm and welcoming!
