I LOVED IT! watching apartment tour videos is my thing and I am sure when I say its one of the best apartments I ever saw! perfect layout , nice and practical furniture, perfect use of the space.. nothing fancy in the way to thing "how the hell she is leaving there"nope... the real apartment tour we like to see and get ideas.. I loved the dinning area with the chairs! actually you convinced me to get a table and chairs like yours than a round fancy table... also your voice sounds lovely, you dressed so cool and you are naturally beautiful! well done... hope you enjoy every minute in your place

You should watch some tutorials on hanging mirrors or art... you can do it! It's really not that difficult and then it'll be perfectly centered. Don't worry about the holes, they're simple to patch and you're gonna have to fill two anyway, what's another few?! ;)

I think a large mirror would look good on the bathroom wall with maybe a glowing wall light on each side.

Phew! For awhile there I thought you were going to keep everything 😅 around 6 months ago I donate around 150 items of clothing and footwear. ( I worked in fast fashion for 20years.) today I went through my maybes and 90 % of them are now packed in the car ready for the next visit to the charity shop! I still have a lot of clothes. I’m 61 so a lot of the clothes I have will good to wear for many years to come. However when change of season comes around I’ll be decluttering again!

You've done a very nice job furnishing and decorating it. But the price! Curious as to what you do to be able to afford it (profession). 🤔 I have a nephew (attorney) in NYC. He moved from Hell's Kitchen (rent stabilized) after 20 years to the East Side. He's an attorney. Btw...you seem very down to earth not pretentious at all. That's a compliment. Great tour.

This definitely is an unprompted comment so feel totally free to ignore it. I noticed that not only your clothes you were getting rid of were a little bit oversized on your frame but so was the color palette not quite fitting. I noticed a lot of muted colors and I wonder what the reasoning behind it was when acquiring the items. Versatility (it is often loaded by retailers but I wonder if it's just their greed to pander to a wider base or that sticking to a few cleaner, defined colors is simply more expensive)? I noticed that some brighter hues of yellow for example looked nice to your face (color similar to the yellow chair in your room). Brighter hues of red pallets were nicer on you while light grey, light green and muddy blues, brown or rusty colors not so much. A couple of items that were really well filled on you (a "professional" blazer and a shirt dress you discarded) also looked better. It poses the question if some items just need to be tailored to suit you better. Same seemed to be with the fabrics, those which held their shape seemed to look better on you complimenting your frame and making the details of your face stand out. The prints didn't seem to do you justice (to be completely honest the way prints are done nowadays they very rarely do for anyone).

I love the light, plants, as well as the lay out of your furniture and art. Perhaps hang the mirror in your entree-way to free up the table top and add height. Hang small vintage hooks under it for your keys.

Loved the video! With the things you need to fix, get tailored, or iron, I put them in a specific section of my home/closet (in view) so they don't get buried again, and I have a visual reminder of those things I need to get done. I have way too many clothes, and even stuff I like gets buried sometimes, so that trick works well for me. I hope the new year is treating you well.💕✨

For the bathroom a gallery wrapped painting would be perfect. No need to break things up with a frame. I see someone else had the same idea!

For the bathroom wall add some bare branches that have fallen from trees. They add nature and rythmn to a room.
