Sadly the city is not anymore, if it ever was, a world class capital and bold decisions could be made... but hey, let's wait because, "you can't beat Wellington.... everybody... on a ....."

You guys should have discussed the fact that most ministry's have been downsizing on office space since people could work from home. Hot desking is required for many ministry's as there wouldn't be enough desks to accommodate everyone.
