The Kangaroo’s Tail is Actually a Leg
The kangaroo appears to have 4 legs and a tail.
And for the most part, that’s true.
But if we were to get technical, a walking kangaroos actually has 5 legs and no tails.
Confused?
To understand this, we have to first understand the what makes a leg a leg.
A leg is a limb whose purpose is to propel its owner in a certain direction.
For example, we walk by pushing our legs backwards, which propels our body forwards.
A kangaroo’s tail actually has the exact same purpose. It’s not used for balancing like a cat’s tail, or grabbing items like a monkey’s. A kangaroo doesn’t use its tail to communicate with other kangaroos like how beavers will slap the water with their tails to warn of incoming dangers.
Instead, the walking kangaroo uses its tail exclusively as a limb to generate power to propel its body forward.
In fact, research into this subject matter as found that the tail in a kangaroo exerts more power than the other 4 of its legs combined.
What can you do with this information?
Truthfully, nothing.

The logo doesnt tell you anything, both upper and lower case were used with both types of glass. Ann Reardon proved that.
What about the language history? I'm guessing there was a native language before the Spanish took over, and then maybe they all spoke Spanish for a while, and then it turned into Filipino language or Tagalog, or was Tagalog the original language beside the Spanish? Did they ever actually speak Spanish? Is the Filipino language distinct from Spanish and Tagalog? I don't know anything about this topic.

So is fake ?
Not necessarily. You can still use pyrex (lowercase) for lower but still hot temperature liquids and not a boiling liquid or heating your pyrex then putting it straight onto the room temperature countertop. Helps to save cost as well.
Still, a borosilicate glass like PYREX or Simax are still the best for high heat difference (∆T) applications like baking and cooling a hot liquid quickly without shattering.

Thank god the only lowercase Pyrex I own are mixing bowls.
Upper and lower case tells you nothing about whats its made of.

I'm having the best dreams ever. I never get nightmares. I've had one negative dream, and that was bc my mother was in it. Yes unresolved issues with my dead "mother" lol This isn't the first time I've quit. These dreams last months for me. And most of my dreams I'm a kid again. It makes me sad knowing I can go a year without weed, and then start up again. I can quit weed very easily but I choose to always go back. This time I quit bc weed was adding to my anxiety. So this time it will probably be for good. My life has honestly been better without it. I'm actually living again. Instead of just working, and smoking on my off time. When I'm a smoker I'm very content isolating and being non-productive out of work. Feels good being active and having more structure in my life.
Hope your doing better now friend two days In and already having crazy dreams I just hope God can cleanse that evilness out of my brain and body I seriously want to quit it’s just not good for me 😢

Well I’ve been microwaving the wrong Pyrex for years. Neat.
Hey everyone I just wanted to give you guys some hope, so I watched this video in the middle of my Weed,THC & Delta 8 & 9 withdraws totally freaking out from my vivid dreams I quickly searched the internet for other people’s story’s and it made me scared and fearful that I would never escape the loop of vivid scary grotesque nightmares… I was wrong… My dreams got better and better and better as time went on, now noticed the key word here is (time) yes it took time I had dreams almost every night but each and every night I went to sleep wasn’t as bad as the one from the night before eventually my dreams just became vivid and NOT SCARY yes online it says you will have vivid dreams but it doesn’t say constant nightmares The truth is everyone is different and it really depends on how long you have been doing the drug for me personally I was doing it everyday for about a year so I’m considered a baby smoker still but even at that I had the dreams for weeks! But now I’m dreaming normal once again!!! Just wanted to tell you that as peace of mind and advice that it WILL GO AWAY, try and listen to calming music as I did before bed also I’m religious so I prayed as well !!! This totally makes sense. I actually stopped smoking recently myself and the dreams are kicking in. Wild and crazy as hell dreams that I can mostly remember when after waking up. But I just woke up from a nightmare where I was being haunted by a bunch of ghosts for some reason and they just kept following me around. I mean some insidious level stuff. There was one particular moment where I think either me and someone else, I'm not sure who, we're sitting in a living room on a couch, and I think we felt some type of presence or something. One of us asked if someone was there or something I can't remember, but whatever it was, I couldn't see it but I know it walked from almost directly behind us and took a few steps in another direction, and I think it talked into a radio and just whispered, NO. Freaked me the hell out. There was another instance a few months back when I tried to quit and for some reason I dreamt that I got stabbed to death.
Have your nightmares stopped? I quit smoking a couple weeks ago and I just woke up to the most hardcore vivid nightmare. Like you said insidious type shit.. I literally can't go back to sleep and I am a grown ass man. Scary stuff.. Any help would be appreciated!
@@Travis_Does_It_All actually yea they have. I only ever remember having the two nightmares at this point. I've dreamed pretty much nearly every night since but nothing scary. Granted some of the stuff I dream is fucking weird sometimes but nothing nightmarish or anything. It seems like sometimes I'm actually able to control what I do in my dreams too. I don't know if the amount of nightmares that people experience is different from everybody, but hopefully you won't get too many more. Hopefully you'll eventually just have regular dreams, regular being a relative term here. I hope it works out for you and I hope you're able to keep pushing through not smoking. Good luck buddy.
@dizzyallen1481 thank you so much for responding. There is not much online about this topic. I can definitely handle a weird or obscure dream but the nightmares I've had are rough. I woke up today just literally feeling scared and creeped out from my nightmare. Crazy stuff.. Yeah it's been a few weeks since I stopped so I am not going to go back to smoking. I just hope these nightmares go away soon. Lol. Glad to hear there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!!!

my Pyrex dish has the all-caps, encircled logo :) but it has a blue-ish tint :( So I'm not sure which type mine is!
Just checked and 'pyrex' is typically sold in the US 'PYREX' is sold in Europe, where I am, so I think I'm safe :) Makes sense as I regularly bake in it at nearly 500 *F (my oven goes up to nearly 300 *C) and I've had no issues with it!

@@leoh2251 also, it’s not baking at high temperatures that’s the problem, it’s temperature changes. You could bake it at 175C and then submerse it in cold water, and it will shatter. If it has a blue tint, it doesn’t really matter what the logo is. Y’all just have a different logo in Europe.
@@dewilew2137 I saw online that the lower-case 'pyrex' is only sold in the US. The US gets both varieties as described in this video. Europe seems to only get the more resiliant version.

I was playing chess with a relative and I suggested we use a chess clock. He didn't want to because he said it distracted him So, we started playing and he started complaining about how long I took to move. This is why I want to use a clock!
I've read that one of the reasons for the introduction of the chess clock was an incident that involved two chess players. At one point in a match one player had been waiting for the other to make a move. After several hours without a move, the player asked his opponent when he was going to make a move. Startled, his opponent said "I thought it was your move."
I think the painted statue was not cast in the same detailed method as the one on the left. I would hope that maybe the ancient artist would have better skills than just slapping on some pigment. I would hope that their skills is somewhat similar to the Korean artists that does face up paintings of Ball jointed dolls.
