i found two of these sitting side by side on the hard somewhere on a back road in middle Tennessee in the mid to late 80's. I've tried to remember where and have looked a couple times but never found them again. Kentucky lake was only a few miles north.

Greetings Mr Green it's your regular visitor from southern Ontario Canada and I had the same question after I inherited a wooden boat a ditchburn what it's like to own such a wonderful craft who do you call on if you have issues and thanks for the presentation 🇨🇦

I'm sure you're quite knowledgeable on vintage boats but if the manufacturers of the era had access to epoxy construction they certainly would have used it. That's why it's speced on most current builds and is a much better long term building method. Just because it's old doesn't make it good. Like my 99 year old Gramma said before ahe passed, Matthew sometimes the "Good old days" weren't all that good.

Can you do a short video on how to build the vinyl coping or bolster in the interior? The piece that ties the ceiling boards into the deck.

Mike; I'm redoing my boat for the first time and I suspect the last with your guidance. These are great videos. On this video you saw to install the intermediate frames after the planing is down. Before seeing this I thought that I would mark the plywood where the intermediates are and install them with temporary screws in the 5200. I was thinking I could then remove the screws once the 5200 is dry. That way I could do all of the screws from the top without crawling under the boat. Would this work? Also on someone else's video they put the screws in the holes prior to 5200 saying that they didn't want 5200 in the screw holes. What is your take on this? Thanks.

Have you ever come across a Chris Craft 21-foot Monterey outboard express cruiser? It was probably sold around 1955 as a kit, maybe through Sears catalog. Sterling Models of Philidelphia produced a 1/12 scale model kit and in the 80's Dumas models, after buying Sterling, sold a similar kit. it had a windscreen on top of the cabin, and a 35 horse Johnson outboard with the rounded maroon cover style.

Looks like leelenau county and crystal river to big Glen and little Glen lakes. Did this cruise many times in my 1961 C.C. CONTINENTAL...19 FT.283
