Went today 11/24/24 to my Target in port Charlotte ,FL and nothing. Not even a display for those ETB’s

They are all basically the same pull rates, they have the best pull rates from that era. But of the 4 I would say Silver Tempest is the weakest in terms of value, so you can’t go wrong with the other 3. 🍀

Correct, it depends on the employee who does the price match but I live an hour away from New York City and they’ve price matched Best Buy in Queens for me before.

Interesting, on the app it’s full priced, is the offer only in person or did I miss the deal?

Keep an eye on it, allegedly it would be dropping in price for Black Friday. I’ve seen some of these already drop to $20 and go back up to $40. Seems like they are turning it on and off, but the best bet may be in stores on Black Friday.

I know, it's so messed up! You'd think the EU is large enough to get their own store. The company I used to work for had fulfillment centers in UK and UE to ship all over Europe, and that was a small company... You'd think The Pokemon Company would make these available everywhere with their budget 😅

Yeah people definitely are going nuts with the pre-orders on this one. I'm still a 'small creator' so I actually got left out like everyone else, I'm gonna keep trying to find them but if I can't get any at MSRP, I will be waiting for restocks and reprints. Not worth paying the scalpers.

@PokeFangOfficial somehow i found 4 last ETBs in a Polish shop

Oof, all my local stores have a 2 item limit ever since 2021 and they never removed it. So often times all you can get is 2 sleeved packs, because scalpers come in as groups or families and each get 2 ETBs.

7 Packs with no hits definitely isn't fun, unfortunately the hit rates for this set are tougher from what I've seen from other creators. I think a lot of people are sleeping on some of the other recent sets though and with those packs being cheaper in the market it could be more fun to open those. Or just buy the singles you want from this one and wait for the next set. Unless the card you're looking for is the Pikachu SIR, that thing is expensive...

Haha, I remember being too scared to watch it too. I watched the whole series a few years ago though as an adult and it really holds up and is one of my favorites now.

I agree, they announced it super early. They’ve been dropping new set announcements right after each set drops and I’m not sure the community likes that. I think they’ve been using preorders to gauge printing or something.

Well definitely don't spend money you need on shiny cardboard. You're making the right choice by stepping back for the time being. I was too broke to buy any for years and I'd just watch PokeRev and Leonhart for fun. I lucked out and got a good job eventually that allowed me to get beck into it. I hope your luck comes around soon!
