That's fantastic, saw my previous house on Glendale more than a few times and can see many changes among my old neighbors properties. Looks like the large oval track for the race horses has been let go and now partially overgrown. Years ago I used to plow that horse track in the winter to keep it clear for year-round practicing / workouts.. cost a small fortune to build that track

I remember this coming on the radio 📻 at either 6p or 7p every Sunday on WKQX 101.1fm (Q101) Chicago. I was 16. I turned the volume all the way down while I recorded it & listened to it later either with headphones or on my Sony Walkman. It's a shame she passed away. She was hilarious. Another of my favorite celebrities gone.
