Hey awesome work. I was very into the art of the speedbag as a boxing fan growing up and found it fun to use and practice on. Now I enjoy watching those who are skilled as yourself really show off their craft. It is an ASMR effect listening to the noise fueled rebounds and the various moves performed on it.
Wow....your the best instructor out There. So fluid and memorizing. I gave my speed bag to my grandson. And I sent him your videos. It will take time, but he is into it., A very good. Exercise And coordination. Hats off to you
Wow, I’m from Melbourne and we are sorting at the beginning of what’s happening, I’ve been watching it on you tube. Just started making my own speed bag kit ordered the ball and swivel and got a bag from Jim Bradley(Australia) and decided to make the platform wood out of marine ply, I’ll weld everything up myself, I’ll see how I go, love the videos, so relaxing to watch
What a great channel. Had to sub! How do you get beat up by a speed bag? I don't know. But, I found a way to do it. I'm hoping that after a few months I won't look like a complete moron on my speed bag.
Its not flashy at all, its intelligence workout per se, and not just that resilience of shoulders, reflex, coordination of hands, brain plasticity, speed, rhythm, sense of rhythm which is core for boxing believe or not, as Sugar Ray Robinson said, GOAT boxer, in boxing rhythm is everything, that is reason why jumping rope and speed bag, are so important boxing exercises.
