ADDICTIVE Spicy Miso Ramen Recipe Using Instant Ramen!
You can make this spicy miso ramen recipe, with a rich broth & full of hearty ingredients, using an instant noodle packet!
Ingredients:
Sapporo Ichiban instant miso ramen packet
15g miso
10g doubanjiang sauce
3g Korean chili powder
15g sesame oil
650ml water
1 bundle scallions
2 cloves garlic
80g sliced pork belly
6 quail eggs
La-yu (chili oil)
1. Pour sesame oil into pan, chopped garlic, bring to boil in medium heat, lower heat & simmer 'til golden.
2. Add doubanjiang sauce & miso, mix it up evenly.
3. Add sliced pork belly, sauté for a bit.
4. Add water & Korean chili powder. Bring to boil as you stir.
5. Add noodles, immediately flip it over, simmer until you can break it apart (about 2 minutes).
6. Add boiled quail eggs, simmer for 1 minute.
7. Turn heat off & add powder packet, melt it.
8. Put into a bowl in this order: noodles, pork belly, eggs, broth. Top off with chili oil & sliced scallions. Enjoy!

    I'm definitely using your recipe to make Kakunidon at our restaurant soon. The Yakitori was a major succes and people are already asking about more Japanese food! (I'm Dutch by the way and work at a small neighbourhood restaurant where prices are kept deliberately low (three course meal under 15 euro) so even low income families can enjoy a nice dinner. Have you ever done a Japanese flavoured pizza?)

      This recipe can be deceptively tricky, everyone's microwave is a little different so little differences can mess it up! But so worth it once you get it right.

    Hello. For Keema Curry, can I use chicken keema instead? Also, is it fine to skip Men-Tsuyu, as it's not available in our locality?

      Yes it's totally fine to use ur preferred meat. The men-tsuyu is sorta like the secret ingredient that gives it an additional punch (and a slightly more Japanese flavor), but it should still be tasty without it👍

    Heyo puttin my nerd glasses on, beef is an extreme luxury for the scout regiment, but I like the thought that Hange and Levi were having that rough time and all of a sudden during her raid on the local village for potatoes a cow miraculously shows up in the woods for her to hunt and eat. Would make that pivotal scene of enemies coming together because of her stew all the more sweet.
