I love Japanese food, and make it at home pretty regularly, and your recipes fill a space that has been difficult for me to find on TH-cam, not being able to read or speak Japanese. Just another vote of support for you :)
I'm gonna try this recipe soon, at extra extra rare ofc. I'm a savage that thinks that any meat past rare is overcooked hahaha. I'm lucky that were I live meat isn't really that expensive, unless it's wagyu of course. Can't wait to try it
Yeah usually I eat my steak on the rare side, but I went out of my way to find the cheapest cut I could find so took the cautious route. But now I wish I cooked it a little less, would've been even better!
Yeah it gets suprisingly juicy and tender, but I really miss wagyu! Going to Japan soon so hopefully Ill be able to eat it there since its a bit cheaper...
