Has Unitron got an app to utilise the Android phone as a remote microphone and allowing me to place the phone nearer to a speaker and utilise bluetooth link to my hearing aids ?

Hello. Your video is very specific and very helpful. My Unitron after 2 days of use I can't hear anything, I feel the beeps it makes when I turn the volume up and down, the same thing it does on my Samsung Galaxy, but I don't hear anything as if the microphones were turned off. I don't know if I made any wrong adjustment in the app

I have paired my unitron rechargeable hearing aids to my Bluetooth on my iPhone 13 pro
, but it will not pair in accessibility/ hearing device’s. Any suggestions?

Unitron aids are not made for iPhone devices so do not pair them through settings -->accessibility. You pair them for audio streaming in the bluetooth settings first, and then afterwards for control via the remote plus app.

Hi Sarthak Jain, after carefully reviewing and researching the materials we have, the only known time that the App asks a user to activate is about the listening statistics overview which does not require an activation code. Installation of the Remote Plus app to the mobile phone is free as well as pairing the hearing aids to the application. To further assist you with this concern, we highly recommend contacting your hearing care professional for details.
