Thank you for sharing the pesto zucchini idea! I have so much basil and zucchini coming out of my garden and I needed ideas for the zucchini other than bread! One way I like to preserve zucchini is to shredded and scoop by the cup and slap on a parchment linned cookie sheet and freeze. Then I put them in a gallon bag and I can grab out 2 cups at a time to thaw for my zucchini bread recipe. Once thawed I squeeze out the water abd toss in.

My sourdough pancake recipe is very similar to yours but i don't use coconut oil, just olive oil. Now recently I started adding an extra egg or 2 AND and big ole scoop of organic plain greek yogurt. My eldest son said MOM, you have always made the most delicious pancakes and I'm not sure what you are doing different but these pancakes are even better and whatever it is keep doing it. 😂😂😂😂😂
I did that because we have an overwhelming amount of eggs and the greek yogurt was a way to get them even more protein. I also put blueberries in each pancake because we have an orchard and we just love eating blueberries. ❤❤❤
I try to put sourdough in everything that has grains in it because yes, it is so much better for our gut health. ❤

I am loving some of your advice and love the hominess in the videos. We never hung our clothes on the front porch, wanted the porch to look good at all times. We eventually got a clothesline for our clothes in the back yard. This reminds me so much of home.

I have a question ❓ I live alone. Any ideas on how to home make just for myself? I live in the desert in Arizona in an RV park in my RV.
Not sure if this helps but we had a camper once and we put some flooring down and painted the cabinets. It transformed it. Also just set up a little patio area to invite neighbors and friends over.

Have your husband make you a real clothesline. You will love it Electric or gas bill will be so low in the summer time. I find it so relaxing to Put up clean clothes on the line They smell so fresh and delightful Like towels in the line So-so fresh. Sheets are so delightful on the line
