Perfect example of how stupid our City is. And after it's all done there will still be no place to swim or a beach in the summer. Once again Calgary has the vision and Edmonton behaves like some back water hill billy town. Zero vision or common sense.

I really like your videos. I am a senior and three years ago I was given a scooter. Since then every summer I have investigated areas all around me. When I watch your videos I see where I have gone with the scooter. In my younger days I drove the car to appointments and had a bike that I used in the neighborhood, but I really did not know the vicinity and what that all included. Now I know there are many, many pathways going over Whitemud and all these excellent walks through the ravines, although I cannot go on steep paths with the scooter. The bike paths are also helpful, because I get lost very easily. I was at Valley Zoo and decided to see where the canoe launch was, but got lost and ended up on the walkway over the North Saskatchewan River into the area where Hawrelak Park is, so this particular video is a favourite, it keeps the memory alive. My sister complained that you don’t say where you are, so maybe you could say in which area of the city you are doing the video on, she is in the east end of the city.

I have crossed the Whitemud at quite a few pedways. I have gone as far west as 178 st. South to Patricia heights area. East to 116 st.and 102 ave. Farthest north on scooter is 107 ave. Every time I think I can no longer find something new, I discover a new area I have not investigated before. The construction for west LRT is sometimes limiting me as to where I can go. I don't see why they can't build this as an additional route in the future. Meadowlark ->East on 87th -> Cross the river -> Health Sciences -> Down Whyte Avenue. Both lines could exist at the same time and complement each other. And to give some additional context on why the current route was chosen: Oliver and Jasper Place are some of the most dense neighborhoods in all of Alberta and would greatly benefit from the Valley Line.
