Oaks with leaves that have rounded lobes (white oaks,burr oaks etc ) have sweeter acorns than those that have sharp pointed lobes on leaves (Red oaks,black oaks etc ) which have a more bitter taste .

If you drive your boat onto the trailer that’s power loading. It’s really bad for prop wash digging out the end of the boat launch ramp. You connected your winch strap to the eye. What about the safety chain?

Fish cleaning game changer you will thank me. After you’ve cleaned it do this rinse. In a large bowl of water add 1/4 cup of white vinegar. Wash filets well in bowl 15-20 seconds (meat will turn white). Remove and rinse well in water only bath to remove vinegar. That is all there is too it. This vinegar dip will remove strong fish flavor almost if not all totally. It will change large blue catfish to a less than crappie strength flavor as an example. Does miracles on white bass. Vinegar taste is undetectable Try it

Hello there, just saw your video about fishing the blue river. Actually it's stocked once a week not once every two weeks😊 and for Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks they stock the river twice each of those weeks yeah it's a wonderful place to fish. My wife and I just moved to Oklahoma a year ago and I was there for the whole trout season and probably put in 80 Days on the river at least. Lots of different sections of the river for a number of miles. Glad you guys enjoyed the visit because Oklahoma is a wonderful place. As the season goes by the the fish there you put in get successively bigger . But as you saw I can get cold so I should be prepared for some freezing fingers and the water gets real cold. Tight lines to you and your family

It's a clone of the Drotto boat latch. The people that make it used to sell the Drotto, and now they copied it and call it something different. I've had both, and the Drotto is better. Also that tiny, dinky little roller is really weak. The Drotto allows you to use your large roller which means more protection for your boat.

Man I can’t wait for the fall gorge, it’s gonna be a good time. Still mastering live bait fishing. I can catch shad pretty consistently in shallows on the bank in the summer. For fall and spring when the water cools down or hasn’t warmed up fully where are you looking for bait?

Says it prevents power loading, then in fact, does power load while demonstrating the product in same video. Power loading should be strictly banned and enforced. Boat operators should learn to load a boat without using the motor to power load.

I can see the pros and cons of this, I can tell you that the u bolt will definitely wear out faster than the reel lock. and I can see how someone will be able to miss this if they don’t have the ez load trailers specially on a windy day.

Added the sport model to my new nitro trailer. Kept seeing white stuff on the pads after launching boat. 5th time using I noticed it was scraping away the paint on the nose of the z19. So upset about it. How can this happen with the material used. No metal touching the boat.

Terrible device…….it’s been around for at least 20 years. Had one on my boat…..drive on and spring loaded pin slides across, locks boat on. But the trouble is as you pull up the ramp, if the boat slides back at all it will lock the pin so you can’t pull it back. So the next time you’re at the lake you can’t pull the pin to launch the boat. Finally took it off and threw it away.

Ramp-n-clamp system. It’s great, I had the older original version and just got the new one that looks like yours but with the sport latch setup. It’s awesome.
