I'm pretty sure your "sideways" Wii is a "Family Edition" Wii. They are missing a few features, since the tagline was that they were more affordable for families. The biggest difference is that it won't run GameCube games like a normal Wii. Glad I found your Goodwill video, I'm enjoying your channel! Edit: I guess yours won't run normal Wii games either, lol

Tom Kalinske wasn't responsible for the 32x. Hayao Nakayama was afraid of the Atari Jaguar and the 3DO so Sega of Japan forced them to develop the 32x. The surprise launch of the Saturn was also Nakayama's idea.

The Kamen Rider game is based on the show Kamen Rider Ryuki! Its on Tubi for free; I recommend it so much. It gets pretty dark, and the action is so cool.

I am surprise that you didn't like borderlands, I love that series, however your critic (about picking up a bunch of stuff all the time) is on point. I also like heavy rain and I think it's one of the best David Cage game. A lot of his game are pretentious, and the guy seems like an asshole but you should play Indigo Prophecy because that game nose dive (story wise) pretty hard around the 2/3 3/4 point of it, but in an hilarious "The Room" way. You can get it on gog or steam for almost nothing. There is also a demo where you "meet" him (David Cage) in game.

I play a lot of light gun games on the Wii, it's one of the reasons I keep it around. I've also used a lot of gun peripherals for it, and the Zapper that comes with Link's Crossbow Training is by far the best. it has the fastest trigger action, the lightest frame, the best stability using the back end to plant, and it works just as well with a nunchuck docked or free hand, as some games require. No third party I bought ever even came close, despite modifying the spring strength and other things myself after buying them. The biggest problem I have with the Wii gun games is that you can't actually aim down the sight, it aims more in the arc of a grenade launcher, you're always pointing way off from where the shots would actually go from a real gun, and I grew up on the NES Zapper which used plastic iron sights that actually functioned like a real gun for aiming. Other than that though, it captures a lot of the fun of arcade shooters with those big plastic guns, and it's much more compact and functional than the Super Scope. The Wii Zapper is the final evolution of the light gun in modern console terms, and it deserves your respect.

This was so fun and funny to watch, yet also sad cause I don't live in the US and there are no stores like this where I live so I can only buy things online. Those Wii Balance Boards at $10+ are amazing deals to me cause that likely wouldn't even cover shipping for me, with the boards themselves being $50+.
