Hi brother, I have transmission fault before that problem the car was sanding at garage about 4month, we fix nothing at the garage because we not agreed with each other , since I bring it back it have on low range mode and I cannot change it to high , and I noticed that the steering show on 4x4 info running not the same as reality. And now I cannot reach more that 50km/h. Can I have some help from you ? It can be our TCM need to be reprogram ?

You have to reprogram it and only land rover can do that.

There is two green wires that go down in front of TCM that plug into a red and Black wire that was cut on my 2005 LR3 hase does any one know what those are and were the red and Black wire goes to? I can't find it!

I stumbled upon your video while having the same issue with my car. Oddly enough I've thought the gauge was kinda low but never bothered to look up what the normal reading should be. Have you had any issues with low oil pressure or related issues since you replaced the sender?

Would you recommend the JLR SDD Software? I have been looking into it since you mentioned it in an earlier video. Is it complicated to use? Can it reprogram a used TCCM? Program keys? Control arms are on my list of to do 😩 Any comments would be appreciated. I’m a fellow Canuck

Why haven’t you swapped out the intake manifold? If you do can you upload a video on how to do so im stuck on the last 4 bolts underneath the car.

A bit late of an update. But if it helps, i replaced the TCM with no success. I was told replacing modules is not plug and play. They have to be flushed and reprogrammed which I did. No immediate success. However I drop the car for about 4 days. And magically one morning the flashing lights were gone and all started working fine. My issue was exactly same as described here since I bought the car 3 weeks ago.

I wish I watched this video before I did the job, hammering that bracket on was extremely frustrating. I thought about a clamp but don't have one large enough, good to see that it works, I'll have to do that next time.

You have to switch to fuel table 1 to make fuel adjustments, you in the ignition table low cam

I cleaned the greasy muck from the contacts inside the switch which was a free fix and has been trouble free for the last 6 years. Might be time to clean it again as a preventative measure

I had the same problem. Hdc + transmission fault + engine system fault on the screen. During investigation diagnose showed many fault codes including turbo, high pressure fuel pump, egr valves etc.. but later we found the main problem causing these fault codes. It was one of the injectors. There was a fuel leak from that injector. We changed the o-ring and never had any fault message since then.
