Nice... but I can't be that close to neighbors or in a HOA... I can make people angry with me because they act stupid or something is dumb and I just can't not say something about it... So a lot of land away from A holes and no HOA.....LOL
I like the modern look but I'm not sure I'm feeling that wall between formal dining room and hall way. I like the formal dining area to be more open rather than secluded like that. The garage door layout doesn't make sense. It's like you can only use one or the other. The two car garage driveway seems not long enough and the car would cross the path of the other single garage door.
