I am sorry but no one is alternative to InDesign. IND is Pro app. The rest of the ones you showed are programs for amateurs. These are not comparable. None of these programs can replace IND. Unfortunatelly :(

“ALL About The Brush Studio” and then I get to the end of the video and you say “I’m not going to look into how to create your own brush” which was the section I was after as I am trying to figure out why there are no sub brushes on the iPad version compared to the Windows version (V2) or if they are there where are they!

i just bought affinity... look for a discount code online, i got the universal license for £127 inc tax for v2. i am not a pro but it does everything i need it to, Adobe is way too pro for my needs so i couldn't justify the cost

I ditched Adobe back in 2015, when I was in schoool for Graphic Design was using Affinty Photo & Designer along with HitFilm Express for any video post. Now I use all 3 Affinity apps & Blackmagic’s DaVinci Resolve. Also used Graphic/iDraw, Acorn & Pixelmator//Pixelmator Pro. I have also used Vectornator/LinearityCurve. Try everything and see what works best for yer level of skills & desired results; ya can get good results from iMovie, Keynote to video, Preview & GarageBand.

Maybe you misspoke, but the photo app is definitely for graphic design as well. Graphics don't always have to be vectors and sometimes illustrator/designer simply isn't the best tool.

Even 2.4 Affinity Publisher is not matching InDesign. Converting files from InDesign to Publisher is a pain... No "Hide page" option. Liked or emdeddded images missing or change size...

I agree, you speak too fast, remember, we are not all on the same level as you . I think your video would have been better if the same content was stretched to 10 minutes.
