    Glad im not the only person with some minor issues on setup! Just got mine and am super happy they updated the build plate and filament input. Big improvements from the early youtube versions out there. When calibrating my build plate went lopsided and wouldnt finish the set up. Of course i freaked out and wrote to customer support which they got back within a few hours. But it fixed itself when i accidentally started a print, the build plate levelled out perfectly. Ive been using AnyCubic PLA Plus and its been amazing every print. Cant wait to try my ABS next

    For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; 15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. 16 Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:14-21

      Input shaping uses fancy math to calculate what frequencies are needed to cancel out the specific frequencies your printer vibrates at - a bit like the noise cancellation technology found in headphones. By countering these uncommanded motions, input shaping can greatly reduce or even eliminate ghosting in 3D prints.

      They are doing it for a simple reason, the name "Benchy" comes from printing benchmark. Basically it is designed to test different aspects of 3d printing. Apparently most people (including you) are not a aware of its purpose and what to look for once it is printed. A simple Google search will answer your question... it's not that difficult. Why buying a 3d printer that you are totally ingnorant about it, it's beyond me 🤷‍♂️

    I have a question about the use of servo systems in CNC machines. The CNC control unit told the servo controller to move 100mm in the positive direction to the X axis at a speed of 1000mm/min. This movement should theoretically last 6 seconds. So what happens if a new order comes from the CNC control unit before the servo system can complete this movement in 6 seconds?

    • @kazierkreations9382
      @kazierkreations9382 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      in a typical non-servo setup, the system wouldn't know and send the next command. WIth the servo motors, they know the signal and how long it takes, if it doesn't reach that and receives another signal, it will halt. Mach 4 works well with servos and that feedback loop better than Mach 3, so its just what system your using and how that servo feedback loop works. Mine just does the first one, (closed loop feedback) and if it doesn't move the distance it needs to, then it will halt. Some newer "fancy" systems will retry, then half, but im not that fortunate to have that type of cash.
