I got the Rio Bravo Gold. It’s doing short, long and long rifle with few issues. So far it doesn’t like Remington gold. Everything else ran fine.

The 1301 Mod 2 fires so ridiculously quick......I watched a video where the guy fired 7 shells in 1.33 seconds, and couldn't outrun the gun. Incredible. I just got the call today: Mine has arrived at my local gun store. Baby comes home tomorrow morning.

Great shotgun. I got mine a month ago and I love it. The factory furniture works well enough but I swapped it out with the Magpul stock and forend from GG&G. Plus, removing the cap from the mag tube gives it a 7 shot capacity. Added QD cups to the Magpul stock so I can use a sling. It's odd that the shotgun comes with a QD point on the barrel clamp but only has a sling stud on the stock. Easily fixed with the Magpul which is my go-to manufacturer for stocks, forends, slings, mags, etc.

Mags with ammo facing down. Keeps the ammunition and interior of magazine clean.

Didn't mention the spring assist on the mag. May not be a big deal loading it, but unloading I can see it being an asset. I have a mold and reloading kit for 22 lr, just as a "last resort" thing

It's a great carbine / truck gun / back pack long gun (in the take down model.) Pair it with a G19 carry gun and you have a pretty decent self defense combo using the same mags. Liked and subscribed.

Nice rifle. I saw the low score on reloading it. I don't have the Rio Bravo but another tube fed .22lr. I hated the painfully slow reloading process with tube fed magazines until I bought a Ludex speed loader for it. It holds 120 rounds of 22lr and allows me to load 15 rounds in the magazine tube in under 2 seconds x 8 tube reloads. Makes my rifle and much more enjoyable to shoot.

You should get the folding stock for it; Durham Outdoors has it in stock. Only thing left to fix is the front sight.

I just wish it didn’t have so much polymer in the internals.

Sweet little rifle for the money.Better deal then the Henry 22 lever gun. the Henry I bought had a problem with paint pealing off the receiver Zinc cover. Sold it for loss and bought the Rossi.

why the additives? I just boil up some h2o and stir in the dye, sems to work ok.. (?)

iam just getting my pal and none of these are on my list at all. .22 cal yes a few different shotguns yes and possible a .308 most will be used rifles but good ones saves money , the infiled is old school and very few had the ability to mounts a scope to long range is out of the question for most with out a scope ,and the amo cost alot to run them mind you anything past .22 cal is expensive for amo other then shot guns .depends what your hunting what you buy , i cant justiify more then 600 tops on any rifle my self and there are tones of new guns that are great for 600 top price that can more then do the job and last as well. and are also accurate accuracy is getting the right amo that the gun likes as well as your own skill level to and a straight barrel and good crown etc.
