Simple Rosemary Salt Recipe
I harvest my rosemary hedge and blend it with salt to make Rosemary Salt. It's very simple: mix any ratio you like, depending on how much rosemary flavor you desire. I used a 60-40% ratio of salt to rosemary.
Then, dehydrate the mixture in the oven at 75 degrees Celsius for approximately 2-3 hours. The salt needs to be completely dry and cool before storing in a glass container.
I don't use any other ingredients such as garlic, lemon, or other herbs. This is because I want the Rosemary Salt to be 100% shelf-stable for months, potentially years. Other recipes with additional herbs/lemon/garlic are considered 'Herb Salt,' not specifically Rosemary Salt.
Use to flavour both cooked and uncooked food. Goes particularly amazing with Lamb and Beef.

Lemonade Fruit

Swap out your sprite and other soft drinks loaded with sugar, for the natural alternative Lemonade Fruit. Hybrid cross between a Lemon and a Mandarin Orange. Prolific tree, constantly producing so much fruit the branches hang down touching the soil. This tree is around 3-4years old now. Easy to grow, and hardy like most citrus once established. Great addition to any backyard garden.

My 1st fruit harvest of Annona Montana also known as Mountain Soursop. The tree is approximately 6years old, and has been fruiting for the past 2 years, though this is the 1st time it has held onto it's fruit till ripe. Lovely scent but unfortunate taste, so it will be used as a hardier grafting tree (which is what most people grow this tree for) as it is much hardier then the superior Soursop.

Well, I'm from the Caribbean and I just found out that this exists. I have eaten the custard apple, which we call _corazón_ because it really resembles a real human heart in shape, and the common sweet soursop _guanábana_ which is the large green kidney-shaped fruit with the little soft spines in its skin, the one on the left bowl shown at 3:38. I have never seen nor tasted the mountain soursop, I wonder if the next time that I go home I can find it..

Can you help me? In Marco island Florida I found a screwpine fruit. It was similar to pandanus conicus but was not. Each spine came to one singular flat tip. There was not multiple bumps on each spine like yours. You could grip it by the spines, so they were distinct and separated. It was maybe 80% the size of the fruit you had and grew on a short tree about 7-8 feet tall The inside was yellow, and very juicy as I saw bees eating one that was somehow damaged and open. Mine was unfortunately raw, green, and white inside and tasted like a raw potato. A local told me they were edible.

No water, that's all sugar dissolving and the liquid in the guava's being extracted. It bubbles up a lot in the beginning and then simmers back down as sugar caramelises and moisture evaporates. Good luck making it 😀

Lovely! Thanks for sharing. I found your channel while looking to see if other people are growing mangosteens well in Aust (away from tropical areas). I am a fruit nut too :-) Miss amazing tropical fruits in my birth place Sri Lanka after living in Aust for over 30 yr. Even moved to Brisb in 2009 with the hope of making a small private tropical botanic garden with lots of fruit trees but that plan didn't work out unfortunately and even later because I had to take up a big public health protection campaign which drew a lot of energy and time. A fruit lover friend living on Sunshine coast picked some tiny guavas from an elderly neighbour who boasted that his good health must be due to fresh guavas from that bush over the years. I have never seen that variety anywhere else in Aust (it is not the common cherry guava) and it is hard to even find it in Sri Lanka now. It was such a delight. Do you have Panama berry? They are tiny but such a lovely taste. When I lived in Brisb I was looking to find a plant but couldn't. Then a couple of years ago, while visiting Brisb from Syd, I walked into Bunnings at Carseldine and there was one pot right at the front of the gardening section. I brought it back to Syd and it had done OK. Would love to visit you when in Brisb next. Pls PM me on FB if you don't mind Dr Pri B

I watched her another video that said you can calibrate it. I wonder if that would help annihilate those bigger chunks in your video, but still it seems to work pretty well I was extremely disappointed with the wood chipper I bought from Amazon, it's an orange gas powered shredder for 476$ and it wasn't getting the right fuel oxygen ration when I got it, it kept dying, 1" thick vine-like brush would tangle in the blades and full them. One of the screws holding the blades is now stripped because they used a strong lock-tite. And it's non refundable after you put fuel in it.

I'm in the Caribbean .. bought it for the first time yesterday .. initially thinking it was the Custard Apple (the seller did correct me and said it's mountain sop). I was so disappointed this morning when I tasted it 😢 .. I found your video because I came looking to learn more about it .. was wondering if I got a bad one .. lol.
