The MOST IMPORTANT Settings in Project SEKAI! | Understanding NOTE SPEED and TIMING
This video goes over how to set note speed and timing (offset) settings. These are important videos that can help you get closer to that Full Combo and that All Perfect, so consider this somewhat of a FC/AP Guide for Project Sekai/Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage. Changing these settings will help you improve fast. Applies to all difficulty levels. Easy, Normal, Hard, Expert, Master, and soon, Append.
A little side note for those who read the description, there's currently a bug on iOS devices in Colorful Stage (ENSEKAI), where they tightened up the touch input latency for Co-op and Ranked Matches (I believe), but did not do the same for Solo Lives. This may cause you to get more early greats in Co-op mode, so unless that bug is fixed, I recommend either playing only in Co-op Mode, or only in Solo Mode. You can also change your settings to accommodate the changes if you're willing to go that far. As far as I know, this bug doesn't appear in JPSEKAI, so maybe it's something that will get fixed with the 3rd anniversary update.
I hope this is the last time I talk about latency. It has a lot of technical business that I don't really think everyone needs to understand. It's not the easiest thing in the world to explain.

Thank you for the video I found it helpful! though how did you find the hz on your android tablet? I tried to look tutorials on how to know it but my tablet settings doesn't show it for some reason?
Which device do you have? A good way to know is to look up the specs. If you have Developer Mode enabled in the settings you can also find an option called "Show refresh rate" and it can show whether you are at 60 or 120.
@@biriamu I have a HONOR Pad X8 tablet, I have developer mode on though there's no option to select or see the refresh rate for some reason

Why do I feel that on timings 0.0 the music is faster than the notes . A 120hz Samsung, with wired earphones
oh interesting! maybe it could be due to the note speed, the offset change might be more noticeable if you have it turned up.

no problem! timing is meant to help you fine tune to your playstyle, so if you find the default timing to work then it is totally ok 👌

If you get anything other than a perfect, you got an early/late. (Or a miss). You probably just didn't realize because you don't have the indicator to show you that toggled on

I play on 11.2 note speed, turned off sound effects and -3.5 offset on a 120 hz android phone. With that I can comfortably AP songs up to Lv. 29 and FC up to Lv. 31. So once you find your perfect note speed, offset and decide whether you want to play with SE on or off, the game becomes a lot easier.

The app revokes if it isn't re-signed every week. You need to hop onto AltStore once every week to make sure the app is re-signed. Unfortunately I think you're gonna have to uninstall both apps and do it over again. It's a limitation of iOS 😔

Do you mean "AltServer could not be found"? Probably has something to do with your computer not being recognized then. Are both devices connected on the same network? If it doesn't work maybe try with your device plugged in. If it still doesn't work then if you are on Windows maybe reinstall iTunes. For some reason it won't work with the Microsoft Store version. Yep it is safe. You can expect it to take up around 200MB initially, but it will eventually scale up to a couple GBs when you play more songs. There is an Auto Clean function in the Sonolus settings so that it never exceeds a certain amount. On my phone there is an option to save to SD card but I don't recommend it as it generally decreases performance and it doesn't really save that much storage.

I recommend these models: 2021 M1 iPad Pro or 2021 M1 iPad Air. The 2022 M2 iPad Pro works as well but the 2021 models are the better value in my opinion.
