“Mr 1nf1n1ty" created the channel to educate and inspire the person who is seeking to create and maintain the best physical version of themselves. After retiring from professional basketball years ago, Mr 1nf1n1ty has been on a mission to discover what makes a person create physical infinity. He has found it and uses this channel to show the viewers that working out and becoming healthy, is less about tirelessly lifting weights and going fad diets, but rather its the combination of developing flexibility, endurance and discipline with weight training and lifestyle selection. At 44 now, Mr 1nf1n1ty looks and feels as if he is in is 20's and is on a crusade to show how young athletes can look and feel great!

I love this series
When you do your standards is it only one set?
i guess its a progressive overload thing where (like he showed) u start with bw and work up to 10% of your and once you can do that(he said himself he usually does a lil less weight) comfortably you can implent the exercise with like 3 sets into you mobility or shoulder workout. Hope it helps thats atleast my approach.
Does it feel like you’re cutting off circulation when you exercise while wearing a tourniquet?

If lower to the floor is harder...is palms on the ground L-Sit the hardest?

@Sun-ic7rq i got gym clips on youtube now. Not of that. But a 90 pound dip. 405 hexbar deadlift. But hexbar is easier...so...not THAT great. Some others on tiktok. Reps of 45 i never thought of as anything so I never filmed. I got 100lb pullup on ig but not at age 40. I did 110 the other day but for me no pullup worth posting till I can hit 135. Even chinup wise I'm only around. 120 125.

Thanks for the video. Quick question: what’s the difference between VMO board squats and ATG split squats, in terms of knee benefits? It seems like they both have similar knee positioning
I used these for the first time today in my ATG split squats. What a difference!!!!! I also used one to do ankle flossing. So much better!!!!!

And damn love seeing you guys work , but You especially are an inspiration for longevity I definitely strive to be able to still train and perform athleticely at your age , but a quote that hit my situation perfectly yesterday "Nothing good comes from Neglect." That I know what my body needs and time to get to work 💪 Been going too hard since May chasing boxing let my body fall out of wack getting back into a rehab program for myself and this video as background noise at work (I do security) is very helpful!
