It is a challenging move! It looks though like you have to bend the elbows to do these, instead of straight arms. Isn’t having elbows straight key here?
i guess its a progressive overload thing where (like he showed) u start with bw and work up to 10% of your and once you can do that(he said himself he usually does a lil less weight) comfortably you can implent the exercise with like 3 sets into you mobility or shoulder workout. Hope it helps thats atleast my approach.

When you do your standards is it only one set?
