Great video. But one suggestion, you should really really talk about the breathing exercises you do and the way you look at food. I heard you over the podcast and man, you know so many things which the mainstream has no idea. I would absolutely love to hear it man.
Could you please provide the TH-cam link to the video you were talking about. I'd like to give it a listen and hopefully I hear something I can incorporate into my lifestyle. Thanks.
Thank you for this video, and PLEASE do the ankle flossing video!! I have Immobile ankles and definite old scar tissue from teenage injuries. Knowing there is recourse for these sheds a ray of hope for playing rec basketball in my twilight years Thank you for these videos.
Knee flossing is tremendous! I had pain above my knee cap, I believed it was quad tendinitis from my research. I'd wear it casually or during any workout and it feels amazing after a few months. I can effectively do a leg day again but I still wear it for warm ups.
@@thegormlesstwit849 Try just walking backwards on flat ground or even just a little uphill to start with! Then work your way up to steep inclines or dragging a weighted rope. Baby steps! It took a long time for your knees ti get messed up so don’t expect to fix them overnight!
Amazing video bro! So informative and helpful thanks a lot man, I’ve been testing some flossing on my right knee which had some pain and it truly does work like voodoo! Absolutely amazing 💪🏻🙌🏻 keep up the great work brother 🙏🏻🌞
@@Mr1nf1n1ty anytime fam 👊🏻🙏🏻 I truly look up to you, ben and the rest of the guys and what your doing is so inspiring to me, keep up the great work fam 🙌🏻👊🏻
Yes! There are other things you should incorporate as well. I wouldn’t listen to someone telling you that you cannot heal from bone on bone. I’ve personally seen it happen

I’ve been doing backwards treadmill work (with it off) for a couple weeks. It’s already helped me immensely with knee pain when squatting!
Wish I could do that but my it hurts too much.

Is that can break arthrofibrosis in the knee? I mean for increasing flexion of ROM because of arthrofibrosis
Any tips for someone who has been told to do a acl revision surgery?😢
Can you do this everyday before any workout or just a walk??
Can this be done at any age? I’m thinking at my 65 years old mom 😅
Does it give a temporary relief or does give a long term fix
Where is the gym? Off Rosemead?
Does this help with bone on bone arthritis?
