That I know what my body needs and time to get to work 💪 Been going too hard since May chasing boxing let my body fall out of wack getting back into a rehab program for myself and this video as background noise at work (I do security) is very helpful! I put 107 kilos(plus the bottle of water I was drinking from on top of it) on the sled and push pulled it back and forth non stop for 3 hours and 10 mins covering appox. 5 kilometers...And I enjoyed it too
