Does need water in after application?

I have the exact same mower. I’ve had it for 4 years and haven’t changed the oil yet 😬. In my defense, it’s only used for a small portion of my yard that is hilly and bumpy where my dogs go to the bathroom. I’m changing the oil and air filter today. Blade is in good shape. Thanks for the video.

I've had this model since late 2021. Absolutely love it. Recently I noticed something I had never seen before and wonder if you can answer. How many levels of height does this mower have in the front? I clearly see 5, but could have sworn there were 6 levels in the front.

The problem can be when you have the front of the motor up in the air the wheel spin but when the wheels hit the ground the mower doesn't want to pull like it should

I got the same molar have you had any issues with having to adjust the drive cable for the drive Wheels

Summergaurd with insect control should be applied while the temperature at time of application is less than 85 degrees.

Thank you for your video. I was able to service my lawn mower. I did take the blade to someone to sharpen since I didn't have the tools for that but got the rest done in a snap.

Few questions here… Were you the tall guy or short one? Will I need any specific tools? Do boxes 3 and 2 mix with box 1? Also on a scale fro 17 to 43 how difficult was this to build? And do I need a pallet?

Can I seed after step 1?

My mower quit in the middle of the yard. I’ve changed spark plugs and oil before, but struggled with the plug cover in the mower. When I saw you struggle a little, it made me feel better. Lol. I also didn’t know that Home Depot had the tune up kit and I WORK THERE! Thanks for the video! The mower is running great again.

Scotts scammed me out of money..thier grass seed is crap, did nothing for our property.when I sent in proof of purchase, they claimed to never received it. Complete lie and scammer.. stay away from scotts products. Complete scammer. Will not refund your money as promised in their advertising!!!!

What happens when you dump 40 lbs of scotts starter fertilizer on 1200 sq foot lawn?

Everyone follows the mfgr's recommended oil for they know best, right? I disagree. Multi-grade detergent suspends the particles which the filter would collect but there is no filter in a lawn mower. Old school, including my dad I referenced in your 'using' video, one runs straight 30 weight NON-detergent oil. (and what ever happened to cleaning a spark plug? LOL) I don't own a snow blower, where the 10W (10W-30) seems correct because I know how freezing weather and a kick start Harley using 60W is an adventure. Who mowes grass in winter? Wish I could get a definitive answer out of someone on lawn mower oil. Shame on you for not cleaning the underside every time. :) I use a flat file on the blade and in the absense of a balancer, a nail into a wall stud will work. Overall, your video helped people. good job.

Honest question. I JUST unboxed mine and have a problem you seem to have solved without showing it. Those gray plastic things that lock the arm height in place seem designed for the flat part of the lower push arms. Yet, they are in direct contact with the rear wheel. Yours appears to have come that way, but you managed to move them up, away from the wheel.

I have this and haven’t built it yet is it very hard to build with one person and can I ask how long it took?

What tool did you use to sharpen blade? I’ve never done it myself. Do you recommend it vs having it serviced?

Might want to discuss the potential problems of using a 2,4-D product: volatility. 2,4-D molecules can be sitting on a plant surface but then volatilize and return to the air, being carried off-site and damaging non-targeted areas and plants. Flowers are especially susceptible. Newer formulations of 2,4-D (amine and now choline) are less volatile than the original ester formulation.
