So what
Good stuff.
AI slop 😢
Hi electro university and everyone. Can not the capacitor be fault/continuity tested whilst still attached to PCB please, I got a blood pressure monitor that is not working, I continuity tested the micro switch whilst the switch is still attached to the pcb, is that also the wrong method please, I'm just a novice trying to repair this BP monitor for a patient please can someone Help Me thankyou. Great video thankyou.
01:55 Here in the USA 230vac between 2 wires is a 230/240volt circuit, therefore BOTH wires will/should be HOT (120vac each). (Blk&Yell = 230vac circuit here). Blue could be Neutral or Ground. Always Test it, if you are in doubt. I use several methods and dbl-chk, "IF" I am in doubt of the type of circuit I am working on. Thanks for the video-- the more good info out there the better.

Can any woofer speaker be tested like this? I'd try starting test with lower voltage 3V, 5V, ...
What is the difference with YIHUA 948 I ? Which one should I buy?
Nice
2 year old and already using AI, damn.
Only half tested. If your going to take the time to do a video do it right
useless video, doesn't distinguish between the dials for dc and ac
Joke?
Your sound boring
And yes we got 9 volts . . . . . . because the battery is STILL connected! 😎
You lost me by not playing a tune.
I did play a tune. I played it after setting up the circuit.
Yaaay! So cool😂 I think, with DAC built-in microcontroller, can make more precise pitch.
Interesting! Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into it.
Thank you for this I'm fixing my amp and I need to change smd and mosfet
You're welcome! I'm glad it was helpful.
For this to sound like a major scale you would need different resistors for the connection between the 3rd and 4th buttons and the 7th and 8th buttons.
Using trimmer resistors (small potentiometers) might be beneficial, so you could tune the resistance between the keys with the help of a tuning aid (tuning fork, frequency app on your phone, whatever) to get the correct tones. You could probably also redesign the part of the circuit where you have the 5k resistor at the end of the chain -- put in another resistor in parallel to the 5k with a button/switch to open or close the parallel part of the circuit, and you may be able to shift the keys up/down an octave. Not sure of the resistance needed here (would have to break out a calculator).
Very good video keep it up
Thank you for the encouragement! 🙏
That applause sound was very loud. I really liked that you explain everything in detail.
The applause was supposed to be people clapping from a concert hall. But you're right, it was very loud. 😁
Спасибо!
Thank you so much for your support! I truly appreciate it. 🙏
Strange outlet

What about the Milka brown resistors how to read this?
I thought OL means open line???
I have a video that explains what OL means at th-cam.com/video/ymvyxlWdEck/w-d-xo.html
You never mentioned what symbol on the multi to set the dial to, nor what sockets the red and black wires were hooked into.
Learned more in 1 minute than 1 lifetime in school
Thank you! Glad it was helpful.
Thank you for the video!
Glad it was helpful!
Use two 555 timers and you can have effectively 6 leds that look like they flash independent of each other, connect two leds to the outputs, one to + rail the other to - rail, do same with 2nd timer, then connect two leds parallel but reverse one and connect to outputs on both timers to them, timings are a choice, but I normally go for between 0.5 and .75 seconds on one and 1 second on the other, i built one for a 5 point star with 5 leds on the points and one at the center.
Absolutely silly video. That's only checking voltage and functionality. Stupid....
4:15 are you sure about that? 6 x 3300 resistors in parallel is equal to exactly 550 ohms, so the resistor is perfectly fine. You didn't mention the way series and parallel resistors work here lol.
Of no use
Thank u
You're welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Is it good to use Themisto or Uni T multimeters with capacitance function upto 100 millifarad to test capacitors?
Very Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
4 band resistor reads value, value, multiplier, tolerance. 5 band is Val, Val,Val, multiplier, tol. EG: 4 band = Br, Bl, Red, Gold = 1000ohms with +/- 5% tol= +1050 & - 950ohms. 5 band is the same except one extra value. EG: Br, Bl, Bl, Br Gold. = 1000ohms +/- 5% tol.
Thanks for the summary. I have an updated video with 5 bands at th-cam.com/video/TpMtASajEGQ/w-d-xo.html
Screwdriver method cheaper and easier
Why not shove the probes in the socket?
Me gain knowledge,me happy,me supasakaraip
Glad to hear it was helpful!
The voiceover is excruciating! 🤦🏼♂️
Arduino do it better 🗿
The Arduino costs more, but gives the opportunity to vary the siren sound easily. However, it does require programming, which is a more advanced concept. Also, Arduino output pins can only provide 20 mA current, so you would likely need to add an amplifier
I have all the parts except the speaker in both through hole and surface mount. Maybe if it works well I could order a few PCBs from China.
I have listed all the required parts in the description.
If you ask me to like a video before the video even begins, I will automatically dislike it. This video made me feel very satisfied with that policy the longer it went.. I'm halfway through and it stop hasn't gotten to the point..
And were is the speaker in the schematics?
It's the one with incorrect lamp symbol. (check 9:36)
Yeah. Unfortunately, the schematic tool doesn't have a speaker component.
Thank you for the quick and easy without bombing me down technically.
You're welcome! I try to keep things simple and easy to understand.
Newish to electronics as a hobby been playing around with 555 have not came across how you have wired the circuit so will be trying it out, thank you for clear understanding of the circuit explained extremely well. Happy New Year
You're welcome! I'm excited you enjoyed the video. If you have specific content you'd like to see, feel free to share it, and I might include it in future videos.
