ExpatsEverywhere Explores
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 5 ก.ย. 2022
Do you like to check out a city or country before visiting or moving there? Like most sane people, we do too!
Come explore different cities and countries around the world as we take a look at what it would be like moving, living, and working there (if you're into that sort of thing).
Our goal is to give you a channel that covers necessary bases to equip you for your trip or move. We'll have interviews which provide a personal (micro-experience) feel as well as city guides that will be broader (macro-experience). When we travel, we'll take you along via vlogs and provide you with topical videos as we share our experience of over 13 years living abroad.
We are Josh & Kalie and this is ExpatsEverywhere Explores.

I’m enjoying your channel. I wish that you had one on Mexico
Aww, thank you very much. We've got some stuff on Mexico on our main channel. They're a little old videos though. Maybe one day! We'll make a Mexico country guide. Thanks for the comment. Good suggestion!
There are a few Professional Athletes that live in Andorra !
How long have you been in my home city ? In a bad season even 🤔 You should revisit and get a local to show you the REAL places , not the tourist views. By the way , you should improve your picture skills...( Am a professional photographer and couldn't watch longer )
Typical Americans. Think they can wave dollars and just turn up. You have just proved you are a nation of morons. You are not ex-pats : you are immigrants. There WILL be a backlash. There have been far too many Americans turning up here in Europe since 2016. And many have not been making themselves welcome, particularly in the large cities. They are notorious at being extremely bad at assimilating. There is growing anti-American feeling so expect changes in the rules. If you are FLEEING the orange bufoon, then leave your "exceptionalism" at home.
What an unhinged and hateful comment. How sad you choose to lead with hate and your OPINION is incredibly narrow minded.
Whole point in moving to Monaco is to save money on taxes. With enough large income tax in France, Italy or any other country goes up. Instead of paying it get small apartment in Monaco, move there on paper and pay zero income tax. With money this saves get large house in Saint Tropez, Nice or similar and actually live there. This basically pays for both that mailbox studio apartment and house over time for what would have gone just to cover income tax.
I'm thinking of moving to Rome with my large dog, a 65 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback. Did you see many other large dogs when you were there? How doable would you say living in Rome with a large dog is?
"multiculturalism" okay yeah nevermind..
I’m going to visit Cork in January 2025.
JUST BECAUSE YOU PREFER OTHER PARTS OF SPAIN TO ZARAGOZA, THAT DOESN'T MEAN IT'S BETTER THAN ZARAGOZA. THAT'S JUST YOUR OPINION. MANY WOULD PREFER TO BE IN ZARAGOZA THAN ANYWHERE ELSE IN SPAIN LIKE MADRID, WHERE IT'S VERY OVERCROWDED, WITH TOO MANY TOURISTS THERE. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF PERSONAL PREFERENCE. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.
Since Europe will soon be under threat from Putin's Russia, once Trump pulls us out of NATO, I would think twice. I moved to Panama.
5:20 Monaco is not an island.
Hi i know a lots Italians moved there is true the first 10 years there is Low pay tax or not .Id like to move back in Europe from USA ❤ thank u
"Can Normal People Live in Monaco?"......NO! $58,000 per square meter? So, my 2,888 sq FOOT home would cost $15.5 MILLION there. I'm happy to stay in Southern California.
ok

I’m always curious to hear the puritanical attitude which Americans often display towards alcohol consumption. It’s also curious to hear an American describing Manchester as being “rough”! Having visited major cities in California and North Carolina, all of which have areas which are almost post-apocalyptic in comparison to anywhere in the UK, it is puzzling to hear Manchester described as rough by anyone. Additionally, Manchester is incredible in spite of its weather - not because of it!
by lots of diversity do you mean lots of refugees....? we all know how dangerous it is to be a woman in Stockholm or paris now.
DON'T COME TO THE UK TO LIVE! Having lived here for 8 years, pursue other options other than the UK. The UK is on its way to being a neo 3rd world country, thanks to subservience to the USA, Starmer, Boris, Brexit, Blair, Thatcher, and their colonised past catching up on it. The UK's economic difficulties are unsolvable, so there is no future for young people. Go to Australia instead.
Manchester has been the stand out success story of a tougher 15 or so years here in England. Other places like Bristol, Leeds etc have come on a lot, but Manchester has come the furthest. There continues to be large investment going into it as well.
What a horrible video, 1:35 tries to illustrate where London is, puts a map up of London then an arrow pointing to "the city of London" which is literally the only part of London which isn't actually London 😂. Then says you need to be aware that Birmingham sometimes gets snow, Birmingham is in the middle of England which is a tiny country and Birmingham certainly doesn't get any more snow than anywhere else, what a totally pointless comment. Next says Manchester is right near Birmingham despite being nowhere near in the context of how small the UK is (almost 100 miles away). "England has the national health system otherwise known as NHS" no this is not what NHS stands for. 5 minutes in cannot possibly watch anymore, if you can't make a video containing one accurate fact or useful piece of information just don't bother guys.
Very detailed videos. Thanks
I visited Andorra in 2023, it's such a beautiful place to visit! I definitely look forward to going back!
Thank you for this wonderful video.
Great video! Liverpool was amazing, the vibe was fantastic. Would go back in a heartbeat! Wouldn't expat it, though.
Those kids do not represent people in the UK, those are good chavs
BREXITERS DONT LOKE THE GACT THAT WHITE PEOPLE WRRE KICKED OUT AND COLOURED PEOPLE WERE ALLOWED TO COME IN PLUS 1000s MORE, NO PLEASING RACIST
I'm impressed that Amina's accent sounds as if she's a native Polish speaker speaking English. I suspect she's really learned Polish very thoroughly. Now that's the way to be an expat!
who needs to live in casino country?we need a good country not a country teach us bout gambling like monaco
Best city in the world
So beautiful country I will come
You only quote the population of the City area. Greater Manchester has about 2.9 million now...There are 10 local authorities in the conurbation and the whole area has a Metro Mayor..Andy Burnham who leads The Greater Manchester Combined. Authority.
These are the City Population figures not Metro County Council figures
I'm an American living in Belgium, now with citizenship, so, I won't need a visa, I have an EU passport. The thing that makes me cringe is the language. It is cheaper there than here. I'm still considering it. BTW, bureacracy in Portugal is no different from anywhere else in Europe. The US is more efficient in that sense. I don't miss it, though. I was in Porto last week and I've been to Lisbon. I think I prefer Porto. It's a beautiful city and Portugal is a beautiful coutry. Who knows, maybe we'll meet for a glass of port wine and a lunch of bacalhau sometime😉
sounds like you don't have a clue about what you're talking about - literally zero real info about the place
Cost of Living Including Rent in Zurich is 52.4% higher than in Luxembourg so, it's not that bad haha.

If we are in Portugal now could we contact you. Thanks.
I got back September 12. Nice was amazing. Beautiful people. Beautiful sites .
It’s interesting that you mention a hostile vibe coming from male passers by in Manchester; I had the exact same experience living in London, from Eastern European female passers by. They always made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. On a positive note, any Mancunians that I have ever met in my life have been very friendly and easy to talk to.
Really interesting vlog … Thank you both!
Cork is technically the HQ of Johnson Controls, a major energy control company, with a good size office on the Albert's Quay.
