I like Data Crew. I did use the what a junior. It's great quality. But to me Alpaka Hub pouch is just better and it's more practical for me.

Do you feel that a smaller wireless mouse will fit in there? I generally carry the mouse, mini hockey puck style USB c hub and two phone charger bricks and cables. I have a non branded copy of the bigger bags I love, but it really bulks out my laptop bag, where this wouldn’t.

Great vid! I've experimented with a few EDC setups and find that I keep going back to tiny 3 inch pouch. That's right....everything miniaturized. Contents include:... 1. a leatherman squirt 2. tungsten multi tool with a built-in fire striker, compass with tinder 3. an eyeglasses repair kit with magnifying glass 4. whistle 5. micro pen 6. nail clipper 7. benadryl and panadol packets with a couple bandages (mini boo boo kit) 8. a folded ziplock bag 9. a nite ize mutlitool prybar with bottle opener 10 Gum toothpick/ flosser (lol) 11. emergency cash 12. folder sheet of paper 13. a large safety pin 14. a snow mint 15 a rubber band Lastly, I have a rovyvon flashlight clipped to the pouch's external carry loop as its too large to hold inside the pouch but its worked out well as I usually access this more frequently than the other items. Since downsizing, my maxpedition with regular sized items has been relegated to the car. I only seem to access it when looking for random things or when putting together kits lol So in my opinion smaller is way more practical for EDC. Hiking and emergency situations like blackouts or get home bags etc are better served with the backpack type larger kits that have water bottles and large first aid gear etc. But for EDC, smaller and lighter has changed my outlook.

I just got a ugreen usb c hub that has 4 usb a 3.0 ports it was $10 on Amazon to take with me to school. I have a bigger one that I keep on my desk at home. I also saw one that has 4 usb c ports.

Good stuff, just found you and subbed. Yeah, I love my power pint, carry a leatherman for work, but around home, power pint is good. And you might check out gear spool, they make little mini pry bars and also have a duct tape dispenser thing too.

Was looking for a new bag that can fit my 12" tablet and saw this. Watched your previous T21 and T24 reviews as well, and ultimately made the decision to get the T21. T24 is great, but because I prefer to wear the sling on my right shoulder, and with the T24 having one zipper for the quick access area, the zipper points to the bottom, which is not ideal if I need to search for things. The only thing I'd like to nitpick for the T21 is the single buckle on the sling itself. It would be better if it was two buckles in the event it breaks for easy replacement, or if I just want to hand carry the bag.

Thanks for the review. I just bought the T-23 sling for my 13inch ipad, but I'm about to return it. I'm a big guy and it doesn't fit my body. The shoulder strap is too wide and it would sit on it's edge and dig into my shoulder when the bag was heavier and packed. I'll try this one instead.

Been eyeing both Tomtoc and Kadet Max for a few weeks. Thanks for the review and honest feedback. I like the red Kadet fabric, but if it doesn't hold up to some rubbing and usage, I'm going to have to pass. I was also considering the Cotopaxi Chasqui 13L Sling. I figured it's semi-comparable in dimensions, features, and fabric.

Love my PowerPint, but it has drawbacks. Pros: Best tiny multi tool pliers I’ve tried (better than many larger tools!), excellent assortment of little tools, and the bit driver makes for a Great stubby screwdriver. Cons: Scissors are pretty terrible, and it’s heavy for such a small tool. Ugly: To make the best use of the bit driver, you need to carry bits, which means you’re adding weight, which undermines the Whole Point of such a tiny multi tool! It’s Best in a small hip or belt pouch IMO, just a bit heavy for pockets

Ah yes, a lot of bag was designed with this BIG mistakes. The strap was to allow both left / right use, but now the pocket is upside down, which defeat the purpose.

Great review. Might go for T21 for the sling / messenger styling and larger size / capacity.

Dad candy in a pouch is probably the most underrated thing you carry. I was never a sling guy, but as a father to two small ones, 2 and 4, a sling is ESSENTIAL if you just want a more "seamless" parenting experience. Hand sanitizer, wet wipes, tissues, snacks, all winners. I also carry band-aids and a tide bleach pen for those days you thought wearing white was a good idea around toddlers. From a father to a father, I salute you.

Nice review, thanks for sharing. Just FYI, you can fly with a pocket knife or multitool, you just have to put it in with your checked luggage (not your carry-on). I've always taken my multitool and pocket knife with me when I fly. Like I said, it has to be in your checked luggage, not on your person or carry-on. Great stuff! I own a Tomtoc T21, the 7 L model. I like it a lot, but I miss having a handle on top which seams to be present on the 10 L model you talk about in your video. The 7 L model also doesn't have the two cinch straps on the bottom, to hold a jacket or something.

So the strap not adjustable?
